## Abri Credit Union Reviews in United States

### **--- "Needs serious attention"
Barely works. Most of the time I can not even see my balance and there is a standard error message that one should call. This is not addressed since several years now. Even worse for the credit card than it is for the debit, here the balance is usually shown as zero and you risk a late payment report plus a fee. If this wouldn’t be my oldest account I had already changed the bank.

### *---- "Worst App EVER !"
The thing never works right time to switch to a real bank with ATM s you can find and are in network .
-- esb0764, 2024-06-16

### *---- "App Issues"
This app used to be reliable and fairly easy to use, however, within the past year the app has become unreliable and at points inaccessible!!
Sure you can use their website for online banking but it’s cumbersome and not easy to use in a pinch!
Abri fix your app’s performance!
-- Losingfaith2, 2024-02-16

### *---- "There’s no point in downloading this app"
I haven’t been able to log in using the app for a week. What’s the point? Sometimes even the website takes a few tries to get my transaction history loaded. Ridiculous online banking system. Chose a smaller bank and sacrificed Zelle not being built in, customer service is only open business hours/days, which I accepted. But come on, online banking isn’t even reliable? Very frustrating. Abri, invest in your mobile app. A ton of customers use their mobile device for bills and purchases, it’s vital in this day and age to have a functioning app available.

### *---- "GARBAGE APP!!!!"
I ABSOLUTELY HATE THIS GARBAGE APP!!!!!! It continues to crash CONSTANTLY!!!!!! For YEARS!!!!!!
-- Mrs. Salifu, 2024-02-10

### **--- "Lacks quality & Consistency"
Use to be good but took a huge decline in the last years. Business and the App. The app will only allow you to log in maybe 2 out of every 5 attempts. Then says you need to call them for assistance. People I have dealt with have not been very kind or the type of people you want to work with. SUGGEST YOU FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE.
-- Richard G1821, 2024-01-20

### *---- "horrible app"
this is the worst banking app I've ever used. idk how there more than 1 star on it.
literally always telling me errors and i have to call and then don't even get me started with the text message verification every single time i try to login. i normally just use the web browser to login which is was more easier.
-- iangelxD, 2024-01-05

### **--- "Needs to fixed or redone"
App never fully works always gotta call the bank really inconvenient.
-- Dre0223, 2024-01-04

### **--- "Needs serious work"
The app is always crashed asking you to call the service number when they close at 8pm 👎🏾
-- Nezy_❤️❤️, 2023-12-08

### *---- "Garbage App"
App NEVER operates as intended. I can never get in to see my balance, transfer funds or deposit a check. Please fix this and I’ll change my rating.
