Inconsistent mess
Other banking apps are much easier to sign into. Even when details are correctly put in, errors are still given, and app resets completely if you upgrade your phone, meaning you have to go through the error filled process again, most likely needing to visit ABSA in person for a few hours to get it fixed
UNRELIABLE
I have been trying to log in to the app using my credentials. When I have to choose the account, the option does not work.
