## Absolute Pets Reviews in South Africa

### ***-- "Add tip option"
Please please please 🙏🏻 add a tip option for the drivers. No one carries cash anymore.
-- dqeh, 2025-08-25

### ***** "The best"
Impressed! Amazing service
-- teyyQxf, 2025-03-08

### ***-- "Stranded with no food"
We called the Paddocks Store DESPERATE on Friday morning as we were out of town they said to simply order via the App here and will ensure our dogsitter who is an elderly lady unable to drive will get the food - once ordered the store could not find the order, we called support-called the store =total shambles and chaos with the result our dog will not have food tonight. This is entirely the fault of our dogsitter who did not inform us but we tried to make a plan by calling your store and following the directions given to us, very very very disappointed at this experience:-(
-- Cape Town IPhoner, 2025-01-17

### *---- "Terrible App, Great Store"
This app is terrible - it lags and can’t check out. Easier to order off the website. Don’t waste your time downloading it. Great store though!
-- KJ1387c, 2025-01-14

### ****- "Great app"
Great app easy to use but every time i want to update my auto order it kicks me out of the app and there is no update needed
-- cactuslaylas, 2025-01-14

### **--- "Discount codes don’t work"
I received a discount code for R50 off and I tried to use the 311-X5EU code for R75 off. Not one of them worked. Not happy.
-- Claudi250974, 2025-01-02

### *---- "Go Fetch"
The app works fine, except that you can’t order the actual urgent things for delivery on ‘Go Fetch’, like Royal Canin Indoor dry cat food.
You add to cart and it requests you either remove items or switch to standard delivery which takes too long.
-- Zan.D., 2024-11-20

### **--- "App Needs Serious Attention"
This app would be amazing if only I could login!!! You reset my password so I can login (I have never been able to login)… and then it says username and password combination invalid.
HOW? If you are doing the reset, how is it still invalid.
This app needs attention. And there’s no one to assist.
-- alanikeiser, 2024-10-30

### ***-- "App solid but delivery issues"
The app actually works pretty well. The problem comes in the actual delivery. How can you have delivery slots after store closing times only to be phoned to change an order time. No ability to cancel orders or change delivery address. This part of the process needs work.
-- Wooshness, 2024-10-14

### ***-- "Please fix bugs"
Hi there, the app requires me to log in everytime I open the app and it doesn’t store credit card details, so I have to type it in manually with every transaction.

Also, there is no way for me to change the temporary password you sent via email to log in.

Many of the dog food types are not available on Go Fetch.

Please fix, thanks.
