## ABUS SmartX Description
Die App der ABUS SmartX™ Produktserie 
Einige unserer Klassiker sind nun mechatronisch. 
Mit unseren Alarmschlössern setzen wir, ergänzend zur hohen mechanischen Sicherheit, auf einen bis zu 100 dB lauten Alarm, der sich bereits in der Motorradsicherheit bewährt hat.
Das Schloss macht Ihr Smartphone, mithilfe der App, zum digitalen Schlüssel. Smartphone und Schloss können so interagieren. 
Komfortables Öffnen und Schließen des Schlosses, ohne dass Sie Ihr Smartphone dafür in die Hand nehmen müssen. Durch die sichere Bluetooth Verbindung kommuniziert das Schloss mit Ihrem Smartphone. Sobald Sie in den 2m-Radius des Schlosses kommen, kann das Schloss entriegelt werden. 
Eine weitere komfortable Funktion ist die Zugriffsberechtigung. Per Nachricht können Zugriffsberechtigungen an andere Personen versendet werden. In der App können diese verwaltet werden. Zugriffe können permanent gewährt werden, oder zeitlich limitiert werden. Es können bis zu 8 weitere Personen über die App angelernt werden. Die Verwaltung mehrerer Schlösser über die App ist ideal für Gruppen und Familien. Es ist ebenso möglich mit einem Handy gleich mehrere Schlösser zu bedienen.

Ich muss andauernd das Handy zum entsperren benutzen. Alle Freigaben wurden erteilt, trotzdem kein Keyless.

Nice nun hab ich mein Fahrrad angeschlossen und das Schloss öffnet nicht mehr. Es ist zwar verbunden und ich sehe den Akkustand aber es öffnet nicht.

Das Bügelschloss ohne Schlüssel 🔑 mußte ich schon einmal aufflexen, die App wurde leider nicht gemeinsam mit dem Schloss 🔐 Upgrade. 

Fazit: keine Updates ohne Schloss,  sonst muß die Flex her!

Das erste Popup in der App ist, dass man die Abus One App laden soll. Wäre schön, wenn das direkt im Titel stünde und vielleicht sogar in den Screenshots.

Auch nach dem letzten Update kann ich die App nicht öffnen, damit ist das Schloss schon wochenlang nicht mehr zu gebrauchen. Bei dem Preis habe ich mir mehr von dem SmartX erhofft. Wann wird die Störung behoben?

Grundsätzlich gut zu bedienen, aber die Watch Integration wäre sehr wichtig für eine wirklich einfache Bedienung. Zum Beispiel zum Schwimmen nehme ich das Handy gar nicht mit, für den Fall muss man aktuell also noch einen Fob haben oder ein anderes Schloss einpacken. Bitte bald Apple Watch unterstützen!

### ***-- "Keyless eher Mangelhaft"
Nachdem ich das Schloss gut einen Monat mit Fernbedienung aber auch App in Benutzung habe muss ich der Keylessfunktion ein Mangelhaft geben. Warum ? Lasst es mich kurz erklären. Die App ist geöffnet , läuft im Hintergrund und Bluetooth ist aktiv ! Es gibt drei Zustände. 1. Die App verbindet sich mit dem Schloss und sogleich wird die Verbindung wieder unterbrochen. Ein ständiges hin und her. Hat man den Ton der App an, dann bekommt man eine Macke und oftmals erkennt das Schloss die App nicht ! 2. Die App verbindet sich und beim aufwecken des Schlosses funktioniert alles einwandfrei. 3. Die App verbindet sich nicht , das Schloss piept beim aufwecken laut und man steht wie ein Depp vor dem Schloss und fischt sein Handy aus der Tasche und drückt auf „entriegeln“. Jeder kann sich denken was am häufigsten passiert. Man steht irgendwo, will bequem die Keyless nutzen aber es funktioniert einfach nicht. 250€ für eine Tolle Idee aber die Umsetzung ist unausgereift !! Mit dem Handsender funktioniert alles gut. 
Bitte um eine umgehende Verbesserung der Keylessfunktion und einer Verbesserung der Verbindung zwischen App und Schloss.

Nach restart vom Handy braucht man ein Barcode so das die App funktioniert. Leider obwohl ich den Barcode scanne wird es nicht erkannt. Supportanfrage von Abus werden ignoriert. Absolut unseriöser Unternehmen

Der USP des Schlosses ist eigentlich die keyless Funktion. Leider funktioniert diese absolut unzuverlässig, da die App immer wieder neu gestartet werden muss. Ggfs. liegt es an iOS, dass die App im Hintergrund geschlossen wird aber so ist die Funktion einfach nurzlos.

Keyless ist komplett unzuverlässig und somit nicht einsetzbar. In 8/10 Fällen erkennt das Schloss nicht dass das Handy direkt daneben steht. Extrem nervig und so nicht verlässlich einsetzbar wie gedacht.

Bei meinem iphone7 (iOS 15.6.1) kam es immer wieder zu Schwierigkeiten mit der Bluetoothverbindung (Bluetooth musste aus- und wieder eingeschaltet werden). Heute musste ich das Smartphone neu starten um die App zum Laufen zu bringen. Das ist extrem nervig.

### *---- "Absolut unzuverlässig, unbrauchbar und schlechter Service"
Innerhalb von 3 Jahren hatte ich inzwischen 2 dieser Schlösser - das erste quittierte nach ca. 1 Jahr seinen Dienst mit der App und lies sich nicht mehr öffnen (erst der Hinweis des Service mit einem Magneten über das Gehäuse zu fahren um das Schloss zu öffnen befreite mein Fahrrad 1 Woche später!) 
Nun ist nach 2 Jahren 2 Monaten das nächste Schloss defekt. Manchmal öffnet es - meistens nicht. Den Alarm anschalten geht gar nicht mehr - bzw. geht schon aber man bekommt ihn leider dann nicht mehr aus- auch nicht wenn man das Schloss 10x auf und abschließt. Man darf dann mit einem plärrenden Alarm durch die Gegend fahren. Danke auch. 
Der Service teilt einem mit- nach zwei Jahren hat man ganz Pech gehabt. Wenn man das Glück hat, noch innerhalb der zwei Jahre zu sein, solle man das Schloss - ACHTUNG auf EIGENE Kosten zu senden. Schlechterer Service geht nicht. 
Daher ganz klar: Finger weg von Abus!

Hallo ABUS Team, ihr habt tolle Sachen im Programm. Das Bügelschloss ist klasse. Aber, warum dauert die Entwicklung der Apple Watch Anbindung so lange. Oder ist die gar nicht geplant?!

Schon an den seltenen Updates sieht man, dass ABUS nicht genug investiert. 

Die App funktioniert nicht zuverlässig. Keyless go funktioniert nur selten ohne extra Einladung (iPhone entsichern, App öffnen). Häufig Fehlalarm. 

Ich bin enttäuscht.
