Works fine for about 10-15 , then goes off and on. Nothing in ports. I bought two more mm and lmm thinking it was the cord, honestly it’s an headache, I should have went with vivosun, this isn’t what I expected, that’s why you don’t listen to people on you tube who get paid to advertise someone’s product

I use the app to control my exhaust fan and rotating fan. I find the app great for setting timers or other criteria such as temperature or humidity to turn the system on or off or to different speed settings. I did not purchase other items from AC but find the overall system amazing. Would recommend!

I set up alerts so it would notify me if my humidity is to low or heat too high. Anyways it worked for about a week until I started getting the notifications when I loaded up the app instead of immediately. Please fix this problem

**UPDATE AT BOTTOM (not good) Medium and Large widgets don’t work, no devices found. 11 pro max Sometimes app bugs out and stops displaying current information on the graph in the DATA tab. Backing all the way out and then going back in gets it to start updating again. Buffer size should be bigger than 10 and smaller than 1(0.1). Devices tend to turn on and off a lot, even when set to low power. VPD should get a sub control (idk how that would work); There should be a tab to show a VPD graph with the vegetative/flowering stage your in and the appropriate RHumidity and Temperature ranges. Or at least an output that indicates if the settings cause the VPD to kill your plants. That would help with fine tuning controls to perfection. Other than that, this app is amazing. UPDATE!! Just woke up to DEAD PLANTS. Looks like my thermometer probe STOPPED RESPONDING. So it NEVER TURNED ANYTHING ON. Coool, $1k in the drain. Thanks Returned controller 79 and bought controller 69 pro, and things are MUCH smoother. And VPD control is dope. Everything seems to be working out well so far SECOND UPDATE!! Probe stopped working again and half my plants died. Returned the controller 79 and got the exhaust fan bundle with the controller 69 pro. Completely different experience. Controlling by VPD is awesome for your humidifier(I was I had an aci one tho so it could ramp up to different intensities). Transition is better than buffer, especially when you have an aci exhaust attached. Super happy about that purchase. The apps #1 pit fall: The “Alert” function is pointless as the app will only notify you if it’s open or running in the background WHILE you’re using your phone. If you have it in your pocket, you won’t get notified until you re-open the app. Defeating the purpose. The medium/large icons can ONLY be used by the 69 series(idk if it’s the pro only or not) but I was told all of the other controllers don’t work with them. The 1 device (other than a tent ac system / dehumidifier) that I think ac infinity needs to add to their roster is a tent camera. So that you can get a real-time feed inside your tent AND get a Timelapse of your plants growth progress. (WOULD BE GREAT FOR ADVERTISING, everyone posting videos / photos to YouTube / Instagram / Reddit) Then give the app the ability to catalog grows with the settings it took to get what is seen in the photos. This also might help with identifying growth problems, because you could easily check what your plants looked l

Update crashes immediately after connecting.

Some time in the past week, the app no longer recognized that bluetooth is enabled on my phone and can’t control my ac infinity device as a result. I tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling it and it still does not recognize bluetooth is enabled. No other apps on my phone have this issues. Without bluetooth working, this app is useless to me

After the new update everything went downhill. For some reason it my ac humidifier keep being disabled or it don’t recognize it at all.

I’ve tried 2 different Controller 69 Pros, and they both have the same problem. If you have an exhaust fan and three 6” oscillating clip fans connected, the controller can only reliably power 3 devices. Whatever is plugged into port 4 intermittently shuts off, changes speed, changes device type, and becomes unresponsive. Also, why can’t we change the oscillation setting from the app? They say those fans can’t oscillate for more than 18 hours at a time in the included booklet, but you have to turn them off and back on manually. It would make a lot more sense to be able to program a schedule for that. Oh let me guess, that will be on the second version of the fans. They love to release ten versions of everything with one little change every time. Gotta milk our money one way or another.

Want to waste your time and kill your plants? Use the ac infinity controllers. Use the app, it’ll add a whole new level of frustration beyond the nonsensical manual controls. Firmware update? Good luck!
