## ACAC FITNESS & WELLNESS Reviews in United States

### *---- "Doesn’t work."
Simply does not work.
-- Jerryi. Pa, 2025-11-11

### *---- "This app is in a sorry state"
Hire me or someone to fix this app, it’s so sad that good gym has bad app resulting in less people taking classss, or reserving courts, now we have to go to the web, and the web has other issues LOL
-- Dinoraptor101, 2025-08-31

### *---- "Great! If you don’t ever use it. 😏"
This thing just rolls and rolls looking for answers. If you want to see class schedules or use your virtual ID tag, get ready to wait. Very frustrating considering members are
Asked to sign up for classes in advance. We are lucky to get in the door with this app let alone follow group exercise
Policy.
-- Fit and frustrated, 2025-08-20

### *---- "I Can’t Believe How Bad It Is"
The app doesn’t let you update your information. You also can’t pay your membership through the app although it’s supposed to do it.
It also doesn’t default to the clubs near you. It keeps showing me the locations in Virginia l’m in SC. Definitely the worst app I have ever used. Inexcusable in the world of AI. They obviously don’t realize that AI will write a functional app for you, all you have to do is ask…
-- Dr Morbius56, 2025-04-12

### *---- "Horrible app"
The updates app is not not loading!!!!
-- svet1990, 2025-01-15

### *---- "Rarely works"
So glitchy, rarely works
-- Nicole21462, 2025-01-09

### *---- "in need of improvement"
more than half the time this app is unusable. it takes forever to load the classes. sometimes they never even load. sometimes my profile won’t show up and i can’t access my scan tag. this app has serious issues and needs to be improved.
-- Small Bubba, 2025-01-08

### *---- "Terrible app"
Crashes all the time. Location doesn’t work.
-- seeley23, 2025-01-05

### *---- "Does this app even work?"
Gym membership ✅
Gets app ✅
App works ❌
Constant crashes. Nothing loads. Says login information is incorrect when it isn’t. It’s actually easier to just call the gym to get class information or any information needed on the app instead of waiting hours for the app to start working again.
-- Superstarrter, 2025-01-04

### *---- "Absolutely horrible"
Worst. App. Ever. Even on it's good days it's an embarrassment, on its bad days it's worthless. Cannot believe a gym this good would put out an app this bad for its customers.
-- crdwino, 2024-11-21
