## Academia @ SIMS Reviews in South Africa

### ***** "Doja"
Excellent app now complaints
-- Mrs.Mosukos, 2026-07-31

### *---- "Fix it"
My daughter’s marks only show from previous years not the current year
-- 𝕙𝕖𝕝𝕝𝕠 𝕠𝕜, 2026-07-20

### ***-- "Was wayyyyy worse"
They had an update not so long ago and let me tell you, it saved everything this app had to offer. Before the update it kept glitching and not showing me the info I needed. It didn't work at all and I was on the verge of deleting it. After the update it was wayyyyy better. The new name isn't bad I guess but I prefer STASY. I was genuinely surprised by the update. Heck, it new more about me than I knew about myself. Not a bad update at all.
-- My review on Stasy, 2026-05-24

### *---- "Terrible app and it never works"
The developer of this app should be doing some other job instead of app development, all it gives is a blank white screen even after many attempts of reinstalling.
-- Frustrated humans, 2026-04-17

### *---- "where is my report?"
All my results are not accessible
-- I hate mathu, 2026-04-12

### *---- "Fake"
It’s Gave me Fake attendance reports like tf
-- Ingozi.2, 2026-03-26

### ***-- "Sign in time"
It takes so long to switch but not bad still prefer google classroom
-- Isiee!!! >:3, 2026-03-16

### *---- "Very unhappy. App does not work. No assistance in fixing the issues"
I have raised an issue with the technical team for 2 years to resolve as I can't see the current years subjects or teachers only 2024 details. I can't send a complaint or email or anything else in the system as it results in a system error. Regardless if it's mobile or web. The helpdesk just sent a message, we don't see it and thus we are closing the request. No matter how many times I have begged for assistance, there is no assistance. I need to see what is going on, in my child's subjects or report. I can't register due to this. However there is no assistance at all from the technical team. This is a data issue not a front end user interface issue and for 2 years no one felt the need to address it. Very disappointing.
-- MV ZA, 2026-03-05

### *---- "App functionality"
This app is the worst. It never works.
-- NokoMMM, 2026-02-11

### *---- "Does nothing it says it does"
Not user friendly, you can’t check your account statements etc.
-- RosaDiaz99, 2026-01-13
