## Academy Bank Reviews in United States

### ***** "Stable and Reliable"
Academy Bank app is 10 out of 10 , secure, easy to navigate
-- LyleSwann1877, 2026-02-06

### ***** "Experience"
Convenient
-- Missouribred, 2026-02-05

### ***** "Juan"
Love it
-- Jhoozey54, 2026-02-01

### ***** "Loyalty"
I went through a tough financial situation in 2021. Other banks refused to work with me. Academy Bank let me start anew. I have visited several locations and have always been treated with respect. My only complaint is that they don’t have enough ATM’s. I often use cash and it can be a struggle.
-- Keekus, 2026-01-28

### ****- "All on one app"
Like it
-- jdksowish, 2026-01-26

### ***** "Works great for me"
I use this app all the time and it’s great.
-- Rick Slowalker, 2026-01-15

### *---- "App updates"
Something is always wrong with this app and it’s always whenever they update something that doesn’t need to be fixed in the first place very inconvenient and annoying. Starting to be more common now thinking about switching banks at this point .
-- Urappsucksfixitloser$, 2026-01-07

### ***** "Transfer money"
App works great. The best thing I get is a text every morning @ 7:00 am that tells me my balance.
-- Broncos_________, 2026-01-06

### *---- "The most infuriating app Ever!!!"
I hate this app! It never unlocks my card and always gives me some type of error message often. Have you ever been in a grocery line about to pay for something, go to unlock your card and are met with an error message saying “An unknown error has occurred”? Over and over again for 5 minutes! Infuriating and embarrassing. As a precaution, I lock my card after every transaction to make sure my money isn’t stolen by gas stations or some other shady companies (happened to me twice last year) and boy do I pay for that. Academy Bank please do something about your app because even your customer service reps say it’s garbage and they get cussed out about it, which is ridiculous! I can’t even check my Secured Credit Card balance on the app. It still says my initial deposit is still pending. None of my transactions show up and I’ve been using it for 3 months! Fix it!!!!!! It’s like using AOL in the 90s. Slow!
-- Nonya LiLi, 2026-01-06

### ***** "Banking made Convenient"
I love this app! So many things have made my life easier like Internal Transfers makes putting money in my Savings Account a breeze, and Mobile Banking when I have a check to Deposit and can’t get to the bank I just take a Front and Back picture and it’s deposited.
The only thing I’d ask Academy Bank to please consider making some Drive Thru ATMs! Thank you and Happy New Year!!
