What is Acadly?

Acadly is a realtime tool for live in-class polling, quizzing, Q&A, attendance and analytics on student behaviour. Compared to clickers and other in-class apps Acadly is free, can save a class of 50 more than $1000 a semester, has a built-in class chat platform so that you don't have to use too many tools for your class.

Can’t get a real response

I have been waiting for approval for an instructor account since August. Every time I check back in, I get a message that says it is still being confirmed. In the meantime, I get plenty of acadly emails. Too bad I can’t use any of the technology discussed. Seems like a great app - if I could actually use it.

Polls & Chats

The feature my peers and our class like most on Acadly is polls, as we move class dates based on everyone’s availability. Additionally, chats help direct interactions, specific to the relevant topics. As more features have been added, I’m still to utilize other functionalities. Overall fits our class requirements.

Like the seamless UI and functionality. The App continues to upgrade periodically, with even more features.

Exceeded expectations

A colleague recommended this solution. So far it’s an excellent way to amplify my impact in the classroom without focusing on the busy work. Good updates on a regular basis.
