App keeps crashing when trying to log in.

This new look is much more modern and user friendly!

The new update is great! It’s faster than previous updates, easier to toggle between accounts, and the deposit a check feature is awesome.

Since recent update can’t even read my transactions. Everything is fine print. Just pitiful compared to previous versions.

I have gone in multiple times bc my direct deposit app is not working. There no help!! Come on it's been months do better!!!

clearly not tested by the developers. the transaction history is out of frame and literally cut in half length-wise.

I though since it was smaller type bank, they wouldn’t pull the tricks that bigger banks would, since they would want to keep their customers, but I was surprised. I overdrafted my account by forgetting an automatic payment, okay thats my fault, except instead of charging me the one overdraft fee, they instead charged me MULTIPLE overdrafts, for transactions that had been made from a week before, to two days before the insurance payment was deducted. To top it all off, the person I spoke to on the phone was EXTREMELY rude. Cutting me off mid sentence and overall had a nasty attitude, told me i was pretty much beat, since I had to solid proof that they rearranged transactions to get the maximum amount in overdrafts they could. I’ll be closing my account after I pay off the $200 in fees I occurred overnight.

This app has not been working for me for quite some time. I now gave to use my internet browser to go in the website, which is time consuming. I’d much prefer to use the app, and maybe add Face ID to it too?

‘Improved performance’ with this latest update means, for me, that it’s now unusable. It had worked fine for years. Too slow but at least it worked. Now I can’t even get in most of the time. It’s the only app that I’ve ever had issues with. The problem is definitely on the app side & not my phone being too old or underpowered. If the app can’t work on the new iPhone SE, you’ve somehow managed to ruin your app.

App is rather slow to load usually. But recently I’ve been unable to even get into the app. It starts to load and then crashes. Very disappointed.
