App Force Stops

Hello there, please my access more app just force stops after it opens, when I want to check balance or make a transaction. Please kindly rectify this as soon as possible. Thanks in anticipation.

Login issue

I can’t login on my new phone It keeps asking for transfer pin and it’s saying wrong pin everytime i insert the pin I can’t report the issue as it’ll say “SESSION HAS EXPIRED” This app and the bank sucks 🤦‍♂️
