Settings issues

The app has been excellently performing until I migrated to 15 Pro Max. Whenever I click on profile, support or scan icons, it automatically logs me out with no option for Face ID. Please fix this.

Having the worse banking experience

So, at this stage I feel like you guys just have a thing against me…after spending more than two months trying to get my account updated from out of the country and final long managing to accomplish that task….you all put a restriction on my account, after several calls and messages to your service team, they finally agreed to lift the restriction…only for me to return to my account and try to transact via mobile app and your entire app just CLOSES WHEN I TRY TO TRANSFER MONEY….it’s either this is deliberate or some kind of sick joke. I will be taking the matter up with the bank regulatory authority because it feels like you’ll don’t care about the lives you affect. Access bank that denies you access to your funds.
