Accolade FAQ
Is Accolade free?
Yes, Accolade is completely free and it doesn't have any in-app purchases or subscriptions.
Is Accolade legit?
🤔 The Accolade app's quality is mixed. Some users are satisfied, while others report issues. Consider reading individual reviews for more context.
The person I was talking to sent me someone else’s medical card. I’m not a HIPAA expert but I googled and that does appear to be a violation. They said “ignore that please” and continued the conversation.
They asked how are you, I responded, and then they again asked how are you. They answered my original question, said “my pleasure!” and disconnected while I was reading the two 16 page documents they sent me. I had a follow up question. It’s giving “I have a hundred patient tabs open”.
App is useless. Deleted it
App will not stay logged in, and will not remember credentials. There are no time stamps for chat help, which means hours and even days can pass without a human response. I’m chasing help down, which is pointless. It’s clear they have no funds to put towards the UX which translates to this company just doesn’t care.
Awful app, worse service
The 400 ways by which insurance companies come up with to give you less and screw you more and annoy you more as compared to last year, the 2020s version.
Hate new update
They keep on closing conversations without waiting for a response. It’s infuriating.
This is on the initial use so less than 24 hours but fantastic
Really glad I got this. Very responsive Ms knowledgeable
Excellent customer service from Michael G
Thank you
Annoyingly slow and useless
The service is slow. Chat response takes hours. The help you get from reps after you spent your time waiting is nonsense. The worst experience today just as two years ago, no improvements
The Worst
I’ve been working with Accolade through my employer for 7 years now. Never, not even once, have I had an interaction with them where I wasn’t leaving a call being incredibly mad, felt like my problems had been solved, like I was heard, or like their employees even gave one ounce of care. Run away. Run away as fast as you can. I think doing business with the Taliban would be more productive.
Great service
I love it!
Aba school
Alexis has been so helpful with the process to get our newly Autistic daughter the support she needs. It can be overwhelming with a new diagnosis’s but with Alexis’s help she guides you in the right direction along with your care coordinator at your pcp office.
