## Accountable2You Monitoring Reviews in United States

### **--- "Very frustrating for the accountability partner"
We have been using this program for around 3 months now. While the idea is great and we appreciated that it doesn’t block sites, only reports them, the reports have become useless half the time. For example, today’s report said “419 records” but underneath said “no records found”. On days it does this I confirm with my husband that he was in fact on his phone, using apps, searching the internet, etc. but it’s just not showing the records. We are now looking at other companies.

### ***-- "Great tool, bad app coding"
This is a great tool for accountability. Get the app set up for you and your family. However, either a recent update to the app or to iOS causes the vpn connection to CONSTANTLY crash. When this happens, all connectivity is lost; not just WiFi, but cell as well. This causes other apps to crash or disconnect when this happens. I’ve contacted support twice, giving troubleshooting steps I took, along with requested screenshots and logs. Twice I’ve been told that they are aware but have to eta on the fix. They advised to keep iOS up to date, which might be the root cause of the problem, and to wait. It’s been over two months now and there’s no fix.

### *---- "Broken Again"
No longer works in iOS18. Constantly disconnects and reconnects, leaving content loading and some apps breaking. Obnoxious troubleshooting chore. I will not be contacting support again. Fix the app or I’m canceling my subscription.
-- MamaKrama, 2024-11-20

### ***** "Best Accountability Software Out There"
This is by far the best general software for accountability you will find. I’ve been using it for years and very grateful to have it. My last church bought a subscription and made it available for any man or woman who needed it. A very good tool for those of us who have been affected by the increasing immorality of our culture and exposure/addiction to illicit media from a young age.

### ****- "An incredible tool but can hinder trust too"
This app has done a great job of discouraging bad choices and giving my spouse peace of mind. However, one challenge I find is a LOT of false alarms. Several questionable alerts came up the other day which sent my spouse into a temporary panic, because of a very normal app, theChive, can have pictures of women in bikinis, but isn’t the majority of their content. I did not know this, as I had only reviewed a compilation of “The customer isn’t always right” but it was hard to regain trust after the alerts were sent. Another example was a movie I was reading about; I wanted to know if it was based on a true story or not. The movie itself has no sexual content whatsoever, but the article I read sent a rather cryptic questionable activity alert to my spouse, again. I sent her a screenshot of my activity at that moment and all was well, so a little more polishing or careful reporting would be appreciated.

### *---- "Horrendously bad"
It slows your phone down to a crawl…awful
-- Hallik007, 2024-08-28

### *---- "Hate!"
This is such an invasion of privacy as a parent I would never invade my child’s privacy like that!
-- Aleecya Jennings, 2024-08-27

### ***** "Great accountability app!"
I have been using A2U for a few months now and have had zero issues or bugs. The best part about A2U has been the customer service. I received personal replies to email questions I’ve had over the weekends and I can tell the company really cares about helping the people they serve. I switched over from another big accountability software because A2U does not use a VPN which means it is compatible with my personal VPN
-- Manatheren7, 2024-07-23

### ***-- "Good app but flawed"
It’s a good app and works on Safari and YouTube but other apps tend to be ignored like Facebook or Instagram which is concerning as these are increasingly getting more vulgar in their content with nudity. I do like the reports and immediate alerts to my partners
-- Poissonm, 2024-06-15

### ***** "Helpful"
Provides another layer of protection for those who want to live a life pleasing to God.
