After spending time on hold on the phone- this app is a dream come true. Easy to use & fast.

Using the app is so easy. It makes keeping track of everything a breeze. Ordering refills is super easy .. even easier than calling them in. I so appreciate everything accedo does for my benefit.

Customer service doesn’t have a clue. Consistent delays in receiving medication and end up going several days without. Sends me in circles with my doctor every month. I’ve used two doctors and both had the same issues. Accredo is the common denominator. Awful company.

I have been delayed on my medicine due to your company’s lack of communication with each other and system in place since September. It finally got squared away and then my doctor changed to every 10 days on Nov 22nd I have yet to get my script and now I’m sick so I can’t take it. Your poor people that answer the phone

So far I have nothing but issues getting my Rx properly filled.. my insurance has approved 90 day supplies but on your end you seem to not fill it that way . This should not be such a stressful issue for patients so I cannot give a 5 star rating .. Hopefully they can change in the future ..

Once I got set up, this is very convenient. My medication is delivered on time with no hassle always willing to answer questions great company.

They are not as good as CVS pharmacy. Their billing department is horrible!

Not only the app is bad, also the company! My advice is NO!

Not sure why express scripts changed to using this terrible service they make it so difficult to get a prescription refill. Have no choice but to file a complaint with the VA and insurance company making them aware of the issues this service continues monthly. Again WORSE pharmacy service I have ever seen, avoid the frustration they cause they do not care.

I wished I could get all of my prescriptions filled through Accredo. So easy to check on my Rx reorder etc.
