-Accumulus虚拟资产交易平台由云账户大湾区科技（香港）有限公司（简称云账户香港）运营，2023年4月在香港上线。2023年12月，向香港证监会提交了虚拟资产交易平台所需牌照申请；2024年12月18日，获香港证监会据《证券及期货条例》颁发的第1类（证券交易）、第7类（提供自动化交易服务）受规管活动牌照，及据《打击洗钱及恐怖分子资金筹集条例》颁发的经营虚拟资产交易平台牌照。
-云账户香港所属集团公司是云账户技术（天津）有限公司，是中国最大的线上人力资源服务企业，列中国民营企业500强第90位、中国企业500强第237位。累计服务超过1.1亿名自由职业者，服务人群来自139个国家和地区，2024年实现收入1,269亿元人民币、纳税78亿元人民币。

提供安全主流虚拟资产交易服务。设代币纳入及检讨委员会对虚拟资产综合评估，提供Bitcoin（BTC）、Ethereum（ETH）等实用型代币，稳定币Tether USD（USDT）交易。

按监管要求托管用户资产。旗下全资控股公司云账户金融科技（香港）有限公司获信托或公司服务提供者（TCSP）牌照（牌照号：TC008986），配合自研钱包存管用户资产。

致力提供长期稳定服务。Accumulus虚拟资产交易平台据监管要求在港配置负责人员（RO）和核心职能主管（MIC），在中银大厦62层设立6,221平方英尺整层办公区。

I. Who We Are
-Launched in Hong Kong in April 2023, Accumulus virtual asset trading platform is operated by Accumulus GBA Technology (Hongkong) Co., Ltd. (“Accumulus [Hong Kong]”). In December 2023, Accumulus (Hong Kong) submitted a licensing application to the Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) of Hong Kong for virtual asset trading platform operators. On December 18, 2024, the company was granted by SFC the licence for Type 1 (dealing in securities) and Type 7 (providing automated trading services) regulated activities under the Securities and Futures Ordinance (SFO), as well as the licence for operating a virtual asset trading platform under the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing Ordinance (AMLO).
-Yunzhanghu Technology (China) Co., Ltd. (“Yunzhanghu”), the parent company of Accumulus (Hong Kong), is China’s largest online human resources services facilitator, ranking 90th in China’s top 500 private enterprises and 237th in China’s top 500 enterprises. Yunzhanghu has empowered more than 110 million freelancers from 139 countries and regions. It achieved 126.9 billion yuan in revenue and paid 7.8 billion yuan in taxes in 2024.
II. Our Services
Provide secure and mainstream virtual asset trading services
We have set up a Token Admission and Review Committee to evaluate virtual assets comprehensively. Utility tokens such as Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and stablecoin Tether USD (USDT) are available for trading on the platform.
III. Our Business Philosophy
Maintain custody of user assets following regulatory requirements
Accumulus Financial Technology (Hong Kong) Company Limited, our wholly-owned subsidiary, is a licensed Trust or Company Service Provider (TCSP) (licence number: TC008986). With our self-developed wallet system, we ensure the safekeeping of user assets.
Prioritize investor protection
We offer tailored services based on users’ risk tolerance and maintain comprehensive insurance coverage for user assets, so as to safeguard investors’ interests.
Deliver long-term and stable services
Adhering to regulations, we have appointed Responsible Officers (ROs) and Managers-in-Charge (MICs) for Accumulus virtual asset trading platform and set up an office space with an area of 6,221 sq.ft. of the entire 62nd floor of the Bank of China Tower.
