## AccuroFit Reviews in United States

### **--- "Bad to worse"
I used to like this app. However it is extremely buggy now, unresponsive and unreliable. Tried contacting support and just sat there in the queue waiting for someone indefinitely. App crashes anytime I try to look at history of workouts.

### **--- "Great app BUT…."
I’ve been using this for more than 3 years. The app is fantastic in the way it graphically represents your work out. Love it.

HERE COMES THE BUT PART…
During the last year or so when there’s been an update from the app the app will not allow anything - including your music app- to play in the background. I reach out to the developer and within a week it would be fixed.

***Recently though, another issue has cropped up where the app won’t hold your phone unlocked while it’s running. The most recent update resulted in both the app overriding music and not holding the phone unlocked.

***Once more I reached out and the music issue was fixed but the phone still locks after the time you have set. Meaning it’s one more thing I have to do while running etc. I’ve reached out about this but no response back… I guess they’ve tired of me complaining…

I can only recommend this app if you’re willing to deal with stupid issues that they routinely screw up on updates or refuse to deal with…

Caveat emptor.

### **--- "Doesn’t run session with iPads"
I’ve been using this and up until now it would work great. I have an extra iPad I was going to use in my home gym and it won’t work. I got it connected but when I go to start a session it says “monitoring”. Spinning wheel of death then shuts the session down. Works on my phone fine. The only problem with the phone is it won’t run in the background so it you get out to look at a text or anything like that it shut the app down and you lose all you data.

Fix these issues please I like the setup but will go with another brand if nothing changes

### *---- "Disconnecting"
My AccuroFit keeps on disconnecting. Very frustrating. There are no updates. The battery is brand new too.
-- srrcam, 2023-09-14

### *---- "Since new update in 2023.. app doesn’t work"
Please correct the update that has been done. The app does load or open. Just a blue screen.
-- jenmama07, 2023-01-16

### **--- "Update is not working"
This new update is horrible. I am having soo many problems with the app now and didn’t have a problem before. I need to look into a new app if this is not fixed soon.
-- Yeee buddy 10, 2023-01-16

### *---- "Not compatible with apple workouts"
This seems to be a very functional piece of gear with a lot of potential. It is very frustrating that it is not compatible with Apple Fitness.
-- 10-40, 2022-11-26

### *---- "Can’t use Apple Watch as device"
Seems ridiculous to have to purchase ANOTHER device when I already paid for an Apple Watch and it tracks my heart rate already… super disappointing. Not worth it. I’ll stick to my Apple Watch and apple’s Workout App
-- chloe.pas, 2022-09-14

### *---- "Disconnecting and freezing"
Disconnecting and freezing that's what this app can do! Don't waste your time and money with this hrm!! Junk
-- schpicz, 2022-07-04

### ***-- "Unexpectedly stops during a workout"
It stops recording a workout right in the middle of one. Very annoying…
