## Accushield Mobile Reviews in United States

### *---- "Completely stopped working"
This app worked well enough until recent updates, after which it doesn’t even turn on. I click on the icon and all I get is a white screen with the Acca shield symbol. At first I thought it was a simple glitch and an update and they would quickly fix it. But then the fixed did the same thing. So I had to remove it all together. Perhaps one day they will fix it
-- Fritz McAllenton, 2025-10-10

### *---- "Not working consistently"
Having to register every time I use the app. It works outside the senior facility to check in, but when inside, and on their network, the app freezes and when it responds I have to register again and then login again. Not sure if it’s related to iOS 26 or not?
-- Msmart0609, 2025-09-28

### **--- "Survey gateway"
This app demands frequent satisfaction surveys be answered during use, getting in the way of checking out from a facility. Think twice before downloading it!🤨
-- JamesD71, 2025-06-09

### *---- "Still awaiting verification code"
Just downloaded the app to avoid the occasional bottleneck at the front desk of my mom’s facility. Began app setup and it’s stuck at sending the verification code. That’s a pretty basic function. If you’re going to take more than a few minutes to send the code, your end user will not waste valuable time waiting. I’ll give it one more try another day, but if further delay I will be deleting this app.
-- DillyFromATL, 2025-06-01

### ***** "Best way to check in!"
They have updated this app a lot in the past few years! It is now the easiest way for me as a family member or for caregivers to check in when they arrive at the community! I can check in from my car and then I just walk in and scan my QR code! It makes life much easier!
-- Mbuckayf, 2025-05-27

### *---- "Clumsy and useless"
Managed to sign in once. But wasted ten minutes trying to to it a second time.
-- Joe175, 2025-04-13

### ***** "Awesome Experience"
App is working great for me!
-- D-MDavis, 2025-02-14

### *---- "Fine idea if it worked"
Lobby system just doesn’t read QR code on my phone in app.
-- PBTurtle, 2025-02-06

### *---- "Generally useless"
Will generate the QR code but it’s worthless if the checking system camera won’t ever recognize them
-- BeardMaestro, 2025-01-20

### ***-- "Multiple individuals sign in"
The app seems to work well for a single individual to sign in. However, if there is more than one person or a family the app doesn’t allow for that and we have to use the kiosk.
-- Eric Wade, 2024-11-21
