This powerful healthcare tool lets you and your physician work more closely together to manage your care, so you can live your best life. The HealthCheck app from Acelis Connected Health makes it easy to send your test results and other information directly to your healthcare providers, so your clinician or physician can easily review it.



Take greater control of your own care. You’ll be able to record your results anytime from anywhere, as well as communicate with your healthcare team during your clinic’s hours of operation.

### **--- "User interface is ver difficult"
Please update the user interface to make the print larger and better contrast for those with low vision. It is very difficult to use and see. The apple accessibility does not help make this app better.

The app does not let me know if I have a supply order in progress until it is literally en route. This can sometimes take two weeks to go through. It does not tell me when I am eligible to request more supplies. The app also documents how many test strips you use, but doesn’t have an option for if you are out of supplies and did a venipuncture at an external site. If the app knows how many strips I used, why can’t it autoship? And at the beginning of the year it takes even longer for them to process my supply order “because of insurance reasons”. If that happens every year then why can’t they anticipate that? It is also incredibly hard to talk to a human from Acelis. I’m very unhappy with Acelis and their app, but currently have no other option for INR monitoring. Take Eliquis if you can. 🙃

### **--- "Functional but horribly UI"
The app gets 2 stars because it is indeed ‘functional’.  The UI however for the data entry part for testing is very poor.  

Nothing is consistent, each click is a scavenger hunt, for what should be a straight forward process.   

This app is likely used by people that might have cognitive / physical impairments further highlighting the poor UI / UX.  

Please fix this.  Made each click for a normal test be roughly in the same place.  Don’t require the user to scroll off screen to complete the test.  This is basic stuff… do better.

The app says you can pay a bill through it. But it does not access iphone wallet infor and when I input info by hand, it still does not work. Same is true using a desktop.

Very unhappy that the app no longer allows me to report my results 24/7. Limiting reporting between the hours of eight and five is inconvenient for those of us who test outside of your normal work hours.
