I wish I could give this app negative stars. It is a disgrace that a health monitoring company uses this. The app will not let you login. You have no way to submit your test results.
Can’t change shipping address!
I am so disappointed at this company and app. I found out they now only allow monitoring 9am to 2 pm Monday thru Friday. I work 7pm- 7 am. Exactly how is that to work? They went from poor availability to enter results at anytime. I understand the actual clinic will only review results at certain times. Why would that stop me from entering the results when I can? Most likely will be talking to insurance and Coumadin to see if I can switch companies. I tried to enter results today and app won’t accept results. I need to get some sleep and they don’t accept results tomorrow ( it’ll be Friday). So I’ll have no documented results this week. What a ridiculous system. We should make things easier for the sick and those with heart issues not harder. Shame on you. Your endangering human beings.
It’s quite frustrating that this app fails to login very often. You basically just have to try to login throughout the day and hope you get lucky and it works.
It usually takes me 5-10 attempts to get this annoying app to connect, but tonight it refuses to connect at all. If I had a decent option for blood draws here, I would delete the app and throw out the equally problem-plagued INR reader. Why on earth doesn’t the app have the user manual available, or even just a list of the error codes?
Can’t always submit my numbers. Tells me that I have a poor connection even though I have 4 bars and am on 5G. Very unreliable and terrible patient care!!
I tried shutting off my phone, I’ve updated the app and still can’t log in. This has been going on for months. So very frustrating.
This has to be the worst company to deal with. They have canceled my service once thinking I passed away. Now I’ve been trying log into this app for a week now to check my INR. Finally got in and it will not record my test results.
The app works fine, I just have to go through the screens. I got a mailing to update it on my iphone, followed the instructions, and there was nowhere “update”’ just “open”.
