It is literal insanity. I will never understand it. Every other app offers it. I don't think it is even remotely a big ask. Theres no legitimate excuse. -- SMH Unreal, 2025-05-12 ### *---- "App doesn’t work" When I try to log in, the page goes blank. I haven’t been able to use this app since it launched. 😡 -- Sammijovarez, 2025-03-03 ### ***-- "It is just ok" I got it not knowing what to expect but I believe it useful in case you forget you library card plus you can renew from your app that’s nice. but the other options on the app I don’t find useful -- Rose08642, 2025-01-09 ### ****- "So helpful!" I love that I can renew things at home, search through the catalog and make hold requests, and see what’s due soon. This is great to manage my card and my kids’ cards all at once. I love that we can search our current check outs. I would love to be able to search by series or author though. Sometimes I don’t know the title. Also, a way to search recent check outs would be amazing, but I don’t know if it’s possible. Thanks for such a great library system and making it easily accessible at home. -- Jasnsteph, 2024-06-24 ### *---- "Bad" Bad -- ermwgatthetabby, 2024-05-17 ### **--- "It Needs To Be Face ID Capable Or Keep Me Logged In" In this day and age of 2024, the app needs to either keep us signed in or be Face ID enabled. It’s not always easy access to my library card in order to sign in. -- TRBurger, 2024-05-14 ### *---- "Awful" This app frustrates me regularly. Adding books to lists often backfires. The book covers are so blurry. Too many books have “no preview available,” so of course those don’t show up on my lists…Which leaves a blank spot on my list, which I can’t choose even if I know what is supposed to be there. It looks so much uglier than our last app, and works so much more poorly. Sometimes it brings me to tears out of frustration. -- markandanjie, 2023-12-06 ### *---- "Frustrated with list feature!" I’ve ignored PROBLEM Please please FIX THIS!! This app has a wonderful list feature, but it’s totally unusable. Every time I try to access any of my LISTs….. I’m thrown out of the app!!!!!! This glitch needs your immediate attention or please remove feature. I appreciate your help, thank you. -- Shellejo1975, 2023-08-31 ### ***-- "Glitching when trying to review my saved lists" I’ve had a few bugs with this app but normally signing out and signing back in fixes them. However, I have found a bug that isn’t able to be fixed by signing back in. Every time I want to view my saved lists (which is a lot of lists of books I want to read) I can’t scroll all the way to the bottom. Every time I try it will kick me out of the app after a certain amount of books. I have probably over 50 saved lists and I cant see past the first 10. Please please fix this!! -- Lollipop592, 2023-08-21 ### *---- "Hold issues" The app does is not working and will not allow holds to be placed. -- miss the bookmobile, 2023-01-10 [View all ACPL Mobile reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## ACPL Mobile Available In - [United States](https://apptail.io/app/acpl-mobile-CXMc/united-states) - [Argentina](https://apptail.io/app/acpl-mobile-CXMc/argentina) - [Australia](https://apptail.io/app/acpl-mobile-CXMc/australia) - [Canada](https://apptail.io/app/acpl-mobile-CXMc/canada) - [Colombia](https://apptail.io/app/acpl-mobile-CXMc/colombia) - [Czechia](https://apptail.io/app/acpl-mobile-CXMc/czechia) - [Germany](https://apptail.io/app/acpl-mobile-CXMc/germany) - [Denmark](https://apptail.io/app/acpl-mobile-CXMc/denmark) - [Ecuador](https://apptail.io/app/acpl-mobile-CXMc/ecuador) - [France](https://apptail.io/app/acpl-mobile-CXMc/france) - [Greece](https://apptail.io/app/acpl-mobile-CXMc/greece) - [Hong Kong SAR China](https://apptail.io/app/acpl-mobile-CXMc/hong-kong) - [Indonesia](https://apptail.io/app/acpl-mobile-CXMc/indonesia) - [Ireland](https://apptail.io/app/acpl-mobile-CXMc/ireland) - [Israel](https://apptail.io/app/acpl-mobile-CXMc/israel) - [Japan](https://apptail.io/app/acpl-mobile-CXMc/japan) - [South Korea](https://apptail.io/app/acpl-mobile-CXMc/south-korea) - [Malaysia](https://apptail.io/app/acpl-mobile-CXMc/malaysia) - [Norway](https://apptail.io/app/acpl-mobile-CXMc/norway) - [New Zealand](https://apptail.io/app/acpl-mobile-CXMc/new-zealand) - [Peru](https://apptail.io/app/acpl-mobile-CXMc/peru) - [Philippines](https://apptail.io/app/acpl-mobile-CXMc/philippines) - [Pakistan](https://apptail.io/app/acpl-mobile-CXMc/pakistan) - [Poland](https://apptail.io/app/acpl-mobile-CXMc/poland) - [Portugal](https://apptail.io/app/acpl-mobile-CXMc/portugal) - [Saudi Arabia](https://apptail.io/app/acpl-mobile-CXMc/saudi-arabia) - [United Arab Emirates](https://apptail.io/app/acpl-mobile-CXMc/united-arab-emirates) - [Vietnam](https://apptail.io/app/acpl-mobile-CXMc/vietnam) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
