Excellent softphone
I had this softphone downloaded, installed and working all in the space of about 5 minutes, which is pretty good for me. I was impressed and how easy it was to configure with my VOIP provider, voip.ms
If anything the only suggestion I would make is to have the option to have the softphone as a floating app on the screen. Right now, the only option seems to be to have the app cover the entire screen. It would also be nice to have a link that accesses an online manual to the softphone.
Otherwise, a great product. Definitely recommended.
A Sip phone with push that works for a flat price
Exactly what we were looking for, a sip phone that works great, has push function for a great 1 time flat price. Excellent product!
Failed to received CallerID
As soon as the app goes into the backgrood or the phone lock it stop receiving call. Useless for me. (iPhone 8, iOS 16).
Best voip client
Very stable and mature product that is rock solid and has good documentation. To the engineering team, nicely done. It may be time to look at making some improvements to the UI however
Solid, well-designed SIP client
I’ve used this app for several years and am very happy with it. Comprehensive feature set. Can register with multiple voip providers. Works well with voip.ms. It has a clever number rewriting feature to deal with internat numbers prefixed by + in my iOS Contacts.

One star off because I think the UI could be simplified but overall a great product. This is the first VOIP app I’ve ever come across that actually works!
Excellent
Excellent and only takes a minute to configure with included templates for most SIP (VOIP) providers. Pretty much works right out of the box (so to speak). When travelling anywhere in the world it pays for itself in less than 10 minutes by negating the need to use call-forwarding and call-initiating (on my plan about 20x more expensive than normal SIP calling which this softphone allows for). In fact, my provider actually recommended this particular softphone as from their experience they’ve had the least trouble from it and waaaayyyy less trouble than from the free softphones floating around out there.

I’ve been using it for years without problem. It uses push notification for incoming calls.

Since switching phone this app isn’t working. I don’t know what is wrong with it. Nowhere a customer service to find.
