Acrobits Softphone Reviews

New logo-feels like modified google logo

abyssyana on

Pink//blue/rainbow colors for a business softphone on logo? It’s awful. Was very happy with monochrome grey color, until the last update with stupid logo.

I didn’t like new app icon.

Very Useful

I have been a happy User for last few years, and on a busier level in the last few months. It has saved me money and time on international calls during my travels.

Definitely on of the better SoftPhonee

AznBear on

United States

I’ve tried almost every Softphone in the IOS ecosystem. While some have slightly better GUI’s than others, few actually have working reliable push features to notify you when your phone is sleeping or locked. This is one of them I do see regular updates come thru, so development and patching is still happening, which is nice to see. I could see the devs improving the gui a little, and allow ringtone uploads, but overall, this Softphone mostly fits my needs and works well

best softphone voip app for ios!

jo2jo on

United States

feb2024- my Use case is unique, but very basic in terms of VOIP – I'm trying to make a peer to peer call on my local network from my iphone to an axis network speaker (really an axis network horn, which is a $600+ device from axis cameras). this is easy to do on any desktop PC, what I'm trying to do is the equivalent of making a voip call to: sip:192.168.1.104 this is the ONLY iOS app that worked! and I tried six different voip apps. The number of options and settings that this app exposes is incredible and shows that a lot of time and work, and quality went into developing this app. It's more than worth this seven dollar price I paid! thanks devs!

App sometimes calls wrong number

1. Goto caller list. 2. Hit a recent entry. 3. The App sometimes calls the wrong number.

Deletes configuration randomly

FreddieJay on

United States

At the most inopportune time all of a sudden it just doesn’t have any configuration and presents the legal terms and conditions dialog to accept before proceeding. Pretty bad. Works for months but then this happens out of the blue.

Daily use app

Kenlite on

United States

Useful and stable, my own pbx or public voip provider, especially NAT and encrypted calling , perfect app, bought it and you own it.

Works with voip.ms (only voice)

For SMS feature, get Groundwire instead (same developer)

Deceptive - does not support sms

Slippery Pete on

United States

The app description states this app supports sms. When I contacted their support to figure out how to use it, I was told it does not support sms. After I spent $7. I will be filing a complaint with Apple.
