ACSI Campsites Europe

Avec la nouvelle version, l’application fonctionnait très bien avant, mais maintenant on n’ arrive plus à avoir les données des sites sur le nombre de place etc. etc. que ça soit en ligne ou hors ligne. J’ai toutes les cartes à jour un iPhone 14 avec les dernières génération de logiciel, et je trouve dommage parce que ça fonctionnait super bien puis en voulant améliorer vous avezle pénis, les bugs, voilà c’est moins bien

Trop lourd, recherche nulle. Adapté au iPhone 20 avec processeur costaud. Je me reporte sur d’autres applications plus complètes.

Nach den Abokauf werde ich wiederholt aufgefordert ein Abo zu kaufen!!! Suche nach mehreren Versuchen erfolglos. Da kommt doch Freude auf!

Hands off this App and any attempt to communicate with the customer support, it’s mere loss of time! Instructions and differences between the blue “CC” symbol App and the green and red ACSI App for all of Europe are not clear. And if you ask questions mailwise they don’t answer for days, finally you’ll receive a mail which doesn’t contain any answer. I paid for both Apps already in February, but nevertheless the green and red ACSI App tells me that I need to purchase a subscription when I log in. My account is ok and visible, but they want to cash additional money. I sent screenshots of the problem to the customer support and all I receive as answer is that I should contact them by phone. Ridiculous, we are in Spain and for sure I don’t make a long distance call at roaming costs to Holland. This is about the worst experience with an App I ever had.

Ich nutze die App schon seit Jahren, aber jedes Mal ist irgend ein Problem mit dem „Abo“. Man kauft für 6-12 Monate und muss vor deren Ablauf plötzlich doch wieder einen neuen Kauf tätigen. Oder die getätigten Käufe sind einfach verschwunden. Seit dem neusten App-Update werde ich nun zu einem fixen Abo genötigt, meine bisher bezahlten Pakete sind einmal mehr verschwunden. Also wieder Geld in den Sand gesetzt. Ich mag nicht mehr, das ACSI-Monopol im Camping Bereich sollte aufgebrochen werden. Man könnte so viel cooles machen!

The app falsely believes that you have no Internet connection. Thus it does not allow several functions like sharing information or emailing campsites. However, download of databases is working well and the content of the information is good. However, this limited app functionality is a little annoying for the hefty price. They charge for a subscription.

Fallait le savoir qu’il fallait à chaque fois payer l’application apple. Je ne savais pas qu’il fallait en plus de racheter les fichiers à télécharger. Vous pourriez prévenir chaque nouvelle année les utilisateurs de mettre a jour l’application. Ce serait sympa beaucoup ne le savent pas, surtout si vous ne prenez pas l’abonnement.

Voilà plusieurs jours que l’on essaie de charger les cartes Europe. À part l’Italie impossible d’obtenir les autres. Me suis abonné pour 1 an. À part me demander, en boucle, d’acheter un abonnement, c’est tout ce que je peux obtenir !! Plusieurs mails envoyés pour avoir une explication au problème. Pas de réponse. En lisant les autres avis, on constate que ce bug existait déjà en mai. Pas trop performants chez ACSI.
