ACT Chula Vista is a tool to report non-emergency neighborhood issues in Chula Vista. Although staff will endeavor to respond promptly, information submitted is not reviewed immediately. If you are experiencing an emergency situation, call 911.

To report an issue, select the proper category from the pull-down menu and provide a detailed description of the issue. After the issue has been submitted, staff will route the issue to the appropriate staff for review. Once staff reviews the issue, they will acknowledge the issue has been received. Staff will then take appropriate action to address the problem and close the issue.

## ACT Chula Vista Reviews in United States

### *---- "Ineffective"
App is difficult to use and the city doesn’t really resolve issues
-- 91910 CV, 2025-08-08

### ***** "Action"
When I take the time to report some safety hazard it usually gets repaired.
-- Poochidoo, 2025-07-25

### ***** "A Big Thank You to City of Chula Vista Open Space Inspectors"
On Behalf of a large number of Residents that live off Ewing Drive/ South of East Palomar street , we want to thank Chula Vista Inspectors Izzy and Cirilo for the outstanding cleanup job on our Western Open Space slope.
The Contract Landscapers for the city cleaned and removed dead Brush and cleared all weeds giving all our homes a defensible fire clearance. Kudos to all those involved.

### **--- "Great App"
Update: App has been broken for too long. Can’t load photos.

Really convenient way to report issues to the city. Please fix issue with loading photos as the photo is the best description of the issue. Thank you.
-- Chula Vista Apple Fan, 2023-08-19

### *---- "The app is terrible"
This app is really bad. Many of the functions don't work. I try to "close" an issue and even with repeated times pushing the "close" button nothing happens. Uploading photos is really slow and it has to be done multiple times for it to work. It's also very slow with many unresponsive features.
-- emolivos, 2022-03-11

### *---- "No one responds to this app and nothing gets done!"
Waste of time!
-- Bcastrapel, 2021-05-17

### *---- "Slow to act if at all"
Slow to act if at all
-- Radio City Mexico, 2020-06-08

### ***** "Good app"
This app has worked great for me. All vehicles have been checked out and potholes filled.
-- Paige50, 2020-02-28

### *---- "App functionality"
For years I used this app; recently a new look took place and does not allow me to report anything and is very frustrating!

Previously to the update it is a 5-Star app; something happened with the update and no longer allows me to finish reporting.

I can begin by selecting “report”, then add the location and any image when it ask for “category” nothing happens and that’s where it stops. You can not proceed,
-- 2018-06-27, 2019-02-18

### ***** "Great way to connect with the city"
I’ve used the app and seen results too. Lights being repaired, unsafe debris removed, and unsightly graffiti painted over.
