## ACT Guide Description
Om deze app te gebruiken heb je een account nodig. Meer informatie vind je via de website act-guide.com.

De ACT Guide App is een multifunctionele tool voor professionals die werken op basis van technieken uit de Positieve Psychologie. Je krijgt met deze app een schat aan oefeningen, animaties, games, video´s en illustraties in handen. Je kunt oefeningen en zelfs hele sessies doorsturen naar al je cliënten, die, zolang ze bij jou een programma volgen, allemaal gratis gebruik kunnen maken van de app.

De app is opgebouwd uit drie onderdelen: Trainingen, de Speelplaats, en een Educatie gedeelte.

Onder Traningen vind je complete online trainingen op basis van Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) en Mindfulness. Deze kun je ter ondersteuning van je eigen programma cadeau doen aan al je cliënten.

De Speelplaats biedt daarnaast een geweldige wereld aan allerlei soorten oefeningen, die je los door kunt sturen, maar waarmee je ook je eigen sessies kunt bouwen.

En ten slotte geeft het Educatie gedeelte je als professional de kans om je verder te verdiepen, met behulp van artikelen, tutorials, noem het maar op.

En hier blijft het niet bij. Vanaf de release zal de app doorontwikkeld worden, met wekelijks een update. Welkom in de wereld van de Positieve Psychologie!

Kan de app niet openen omdat er iets niet goed ging met wachtwoord aanmaken. Ik heb op wachtwoord vergeten gedrukt en e-mailadres doorgegeven maar er komt niets binnen. Ook de app verwijderd en opnieuw geïnstalleerd. Maar krijg steeds de melding dat wachtwoord en gebruikersnaam niet overeen komen.

Fijne app! Zou het wel fijn vinden als wanneer je de filter gebruikt om oefeningen te selecteren, de filter aan blijft staan als je terug gaat naar je selectie. Geeft nl onnodig veel handelingen. Je moet steeds weer opnieuw selecteren in de filter. Niet handig

Pas begonnen, maar elke keer moet ik opnieuw inloggen. Kan er geen ‘hou mij ingelogd’ vinkje bij? Ik weet nooit wanneer er nieuwe oefeningen zijn, want uitgelogd = geen ‘meldingen’ oid.

Sinds kort moet ik iedere keer inloggen bij het gebruik van de app. Voorheen was het aanklikken en dan zag ik meteen de oefeningen. Zonde, want inhoudelijk is het een goede app, maar dit is irritant.

En waardevolle filmpjes. Meditatie die helpt. Aanrader voor degenen die, net als ik, niet gemakkelijk aan meditatie doen vanwege allergie voor zweverig gedoe.

Het kost mij heel veel moeite om sommige gesproken oefeningen te volgen. De muziek die op de achtergrond speelt is, voor mij, zo hard dat ik de oefeningen niet goed kan volgen. Ik heb de diagnose add.
