## ACTIO Reviews in United Kingdom

### **--- "Has been good"
Now can’t connect to server so useless
-- Guy Emerson, 2025-07-12

### *---- "App is getting worse"
It’s getting really difficult to book swims sessions with NOWCA. What’s wrong with this app nowadays?
-- Claranb, 2023-10-19

### *---- "Beyond bad"
I’ve given feedback before about the account set up not showing error message - it simply won’t let you create an account.
6 months later this is still the case - rendering it unusable unless you have an account already
-- davidb51, 2023-09-07

### *---- "Why?!"
It’s a very complicated way just to sign up for swimming, and after reserving a place I never know if it worked or not : app doesn’t load and no email confirmation
-- Cazski32278, 2023-07-31

### *---- "Awful"
All I’m trying to do is pay membership and it seems to be impossible!
-- PhilfyPhil, 2023-07-12

### *---- "Useless"
Despite paying NOWCA membership the app says I can’t book until I have paid my membership fee - which I have. Unable to book anything so pretty useless considering that’s it’s main purpose
-- Ksdifjeneisj, 2023-07-02

### *---- "Well…"
This app is a little bit rubbish.
-- ratters26, 2023-05-16

### **--- "Booking times not showing"
Available time slots that should show in blue are not. I follow the venues so can confirm swimming is available?
-- Gt2475, 2023-04-28

### *---- "Needs improvement"
Limited app functionality and some inaccurate information. An imposition that membership has to be paid by PayPal.
-- SMPMD, 2023-03-02

### *---- "Took payment the crashed"
I paid the £15 and then the app crashed. Now it wants me to pay again because it doesn’t know I paid. Useless…
