I downloaded the app and it seemed to work fine for a few days, but for the last few days it's not syncing up properly ... my wristband says 9463 steps and then when it syncs up with the app it shows I had no steps all day - it's really annoying. It's done it for a few days now ... or I'll sync it with the app and it will show that I only did a handful of steps since the morning sync. I was enjoying using the app and seeing what my patterns were but now I'm lucky if I can even sync the device with the app without the app closing on me. The app was working fine for me up until a few days ago. I asked a few of my friends that have this device&app if they were having issues as well. I CAN'T even look at my previous day's data WITHOUT the app just closing on me. FIX THIS PROBLEM. I also feel like there should be a way to set your step count for certain days like an alarm on the iPhone ie weekdays only or you choose which days you want. -- Waddles7679, 2015-03-10 ### **--- "No App Support" I was using my iTek just fine...until 3/7/15 when I tried to sync the data to my iPhone. Now the app pulls up then minimizes to the background (not a full crash). I go to the App Store and use the support page and all I get is a 404 error; page not found. I've removed the app and reinstalled it. Short of starting over (for the third time) I am over it. Cheap isn't always better and I got what I paid for. The device itself seems to function fine, but the app will not stay active long enough to use that data. If you're reading this and on the fence about a device to use, look for a device with better support options. -- ATXSigma1914, 2015-03-08 ### *---- "Numerous issues" The unit works fine. But the app has numerous issues which severely limit its usefulness. Issues include display problems on iPad, inability to complete profile set up, inability to view miles logged, and inability to switch from trying to view miles which don't show up to anything else from the summary area. Updated for current version.. Completely useless now, as it continually crashes as soon as the app is opened. Impossible to track anything with the app in its current status. If possible, I would give it no stars.
