走路遊戲 Reviews

It motivates to walk more!

Swordfishxp on

Great app me and my family use it every day! My daughters having lots of fun unlocking new skins by walking. In the future I would like to see a feature to add friends and challenge them. It would be great if you guys could integrate sweat coin so we can ear crypto while walking.

Pass

ElJefeTX on

The only ‘gamification’ here is the dev convincing users to pay real $$ for imaginary gems and childish avatars… pass.

Update is disappointing

Not a fan of the new format and ranking system. Also feels more about in app purchases than your health.

Fun app for walkers.

Fun app that motivates you to walk more. It has different levels where you are grouped with people who are on the same level you are at. Premium is a good investment if you actually walk most days.

Cute

Swimmer-Bear on

It is a cute app and holds great promise. Unfortunately, it doesn’t work at all for me. I have a FitBit watch and it said I had 10887 steps yesterday. After the app supposedly updated snd taking the steps from my iPhone, it said I did no steps at all yesterday. My steps for yesterday is 0. Nothing I do makes it work. In addition, I tried to contact them on the problem but they never got back to me. Due to it not working and no help from the developers, I I must delete.

Fun concept but doesn’t fit daily life

The app is a fun concept of using your steps as motivation to unlock and collect characters as avatars. In some ways reminds me of the tamagotchi craze from back in the day. But just like the tamagotchi, if you’re not around on the app regularly (in this case as the last thing you do for the day before bed) you don’t get to collect your steps for the day and have to pay to collect yesterday’s steps, or break your streak and lose XP. This is disappointing and frustrating which takes the fun out of using the app, reducing the chances of me returning tomorrow. My steps update automatically on my phone, the should be allowed to be collected the day after for Xp if not for the challenges, which I understand have to be on a time clock.

I like it but have some suggestions

This app is a lot of fun. I enjoy seeing the little creatures and working to collect them. I also like the leveling goals. The app can be improved by giving the user more information about the actual place they are trying to go to while leveling. For example, the Mount Elbrus Ascent, include a description of where it is, what it is famous for, etc. minimally even a link to somewhere online we can get more information. This way we can easily learn a little bit about the destination. Some people may ignore this, others like me, will be into it. I would also like a way to revisit the destinations, levels, I have already attained. I wanted to go back and look at the pictures but didn’t have a way to do this. Maybe have a “map” that shows the destinations you have completed, and allowed you to click on them and see the picture and read the description. This give another collecting aspect to the game. You also have a lot opportunities to display inspiring quotes. For example, when a user logs their steps why not have a random inspirational quote pop-up. Again, many people may ignore this, but some, like me, will be inspired. Don’t make this another “step” requiring additional buttons to push, instead make the current interface features a bit smaller. As it is, a lot of the buttons and graphics are huge, they can be made a bit smaller and still retain their functionality while providing room for other things. This is another way to help people improve their lives and perhaps by this improve the lives of the people around them. Thanks again for a fun app, I look forward to seeing how it improves over time.

Offered a free pass on AppAdvice but after completing the onboarding there’s not even a discount offered. So sick of these signup scams.
