## ACTIVE Reviews in United States

### *---- "Do not get this app!"
I saw a charge on my credit card for renewal, trying to cancel is a nightmare!
-- Chrissiekohl man, 2025-09-24

### **--- "Ugh"
App is horrible and buggy. The website isn’t much better. It’s a shame that most of my races are connected thru this app…I can’t even get them to merge my two accounts properly.
-- Mr.Mike21, 2025-09-20

### **--- "Registered Events?"
I downloaded this app to access my events more easily, but my events are no where to be found. I have to go to the web version to see my events. They should add an events tab.
-- Events??, 2025-08-14

### *---- "Not user friendly"
Not user friendly and will not update account info. Too much hassle:(
-- TacoKing-77, 2025-08-13

### **--- "This app is from 2005"
Seriously. Not very user friendly, looks cheap, doesn’t display my past races or upcoming ones..
-- Nasty Kas, 2025-07-02

### **--- "Does not display events for which you’ve registered?"
The app allows you to search and register for events, but then doesn’t show your registrations, as far as I can tell. Maybe I just can’t find where that information is? Not a terribly useful app in this regard
-- Doc Berb, 2025-06-20

### **--- "Adds & Bugs"
This app once was great for finding and registering for events. Now it’s so full of adds that you can’t even swipe through an event to read about it without being interrupted. And by interrupted, it’s a full on go back a page and then forward and try again because you can’t even scroll past the add - the screen locks on it. On top of that, it no longer allows me to change the location I am searching near for races. The option is there, it just doesn’t work.
-- TimWalck, 2025-06-01

### **--- "Kind of helpful"
It’s nice to use to find races. However, the app is always trying to make you purchase their program. Also, it doesn’t show you all the events you are participating. The app hasn’t been updated in a while.
-- Q3shopper, 2025-05-28

### *---- "Got randomly charged and subscribed"
I want my refund, who else got tricked?
-- yerwwwww, 2025-02-27

### *---- "Very Confusing - Passport.Active and Active.com and some other site??!?"
Needlessly confusing for a an app that basically advertises 5Ks.
-- Dlo2zen, 2025-02-11
