## Active Saving App by ABSLMF Reviews in India

### *---- "Buggy apps"
Service is pathetic and no support. Every time shows technical error. Initially days I was getting call in failure transactions but now a day not able to connect them. My huge amount stuck and doesn’t have options to solve it.
-- hahshdkdn, 2024-09-24

Awesome app for instant investment and redemption. So easy to operate and very useful for parking money for few days to months.

Keep it up team Active.

### *---- "App crashing"
Active app is not getting opened as it get crashed after entering the login details.
Please rectify the problem.
-- Crash report mi, 2023-01-31

### *---- "Worst app ever"
Incompetence and obtuseness at its lowest ebb. Aditya Birla Sun Life’s ABCapital and Active Account apps are shoddily designed and incompetently managed, assuming anybody is monitoring how these apps function in reality. They seem to be designed to never cooperate with the customer in either making investments or withdrawing them. This is the primary reason for my decision to stop future investments with Aditya Birla Sun Life.

The login and OTP entry process are terrifyingly time-consuming with multiple repetitions of the same required. The company fails to understand that consumers have as much rights as they do when it comes to prompt service. Avoid Aditya Birla Sun Life altogether if you know what’s good for you.
-- Inkmarc, 2023-01-09

### *---- "Worst app and worst customer service"
Cant withdraw my money. Once you put withdraw button, the app disappears. Cant even speak to a customer service. Worst experience
-- Partha 67, 2022-08-17

### *---- "Not working"

Hi I am not able to use this app..every time I try to open it opens for a few seconds and then shuts down …this happened after I did my registration .how do I fix it
-- vsvij, 2022-05-30

### ***-- "App is crashing"
