## Active Stirling Reviews in United Kingdom

### *---- "Absolutely terrible"
Honestly, the admin and errors I have had to get through just to download this app. The functionality is terrible. Sometimes my phone number is accepted, sometimes it isn’t. Same for my bank card when I go to pay. Absolutely awful.
-- VunhappyJsy, 2024-11-10

### *---- "Appalling booking service"
Last night I spent 30 minutes trying to book a class unsuccessfully! Tonight 15 minutes with continual messages saying an error has occurred. This happens every time I, & most of the other people I know facing the same problem.
The Peak have been told about this many times over many months but nothing has been done to rectify the situation.
-- Scout 56, 2024-01-15

### **--- "Only one profile"
Unfortunately only lets you use one profile. Not very handy for a family who all attend different activities. It would be ideal if it could switch between logged in profiles so the one app can be used by a family.
-- BertieBob1, 2023-05-16

### *---- "Complete waste of all of our time. Answer the phone."
Worst app ever.
-- Hans Micropienis, 2023-04-19

### ***-- "Good app with flaws"
App shows no of people waiting and not how many spaces are in the class.
If the class was fully booked with 10 waiting it doesn’t show you if there then becomes spaces available, only the queue. So it looks like there’s no spaces when there is.
Major flaw
-- Peak user1, 2023-04-07

### *---- "Doesnt work on my iphone 11 pro .Tried download two times"
I installed this app and it said no service . Then the next day i tried to delete and reinstall . Still the same . Im having troubpe to use the active stirling website because its nit that convenient.
-- akanshabirkan, 2022-11-07

### *---- "App"
The app is awful
-- Deejayhun, 2022-08-07

### **--- "I hope Stirling didn't pay much for this"
It's barely useable, and I wouldn't care if it weren't pushed so heavily as the only way to even see availability let alone book. Bring back phone lines guys, the human element is important.
-- I, touchy, 2022-05-01

### *---- "Yer apps crap"
It never works been member since the start of the year and been able to book once in that time
Sort it out
-- the tarmac terror1st, 2022-04-28

### ***** "Brilliant"
Brilliant app. Brilliant Fitness Centre.
-- Black Hercules!!, 2022-04-15
