## ActiveStoke Reviews in United Kingdom

### *---- "iPhone users needn’t bother"
If you’ve got an iPhone don’t bother. Can’t sign up to the energise account only a membership so you have to call to book and swimming sessions and they never answer the phone either.
-- MissyC_86, 2025-05-29

### *---- "Dimensions booking app"
Cannot get on to this app to book leisure swim and the staff never answer the phone
-- chop and chips, 2025-04-15

### *---- "Rubbish"
Have to download this to book swimming. Navigate through the rubbish UI to payment screen and you have to register. Click register and it says link invalid. Totally useless, frustrating and a total waste of time.
-- LR_Eccleshall, 2025-03-14

A BIG thank you to the lifeguards who are there to help if assistance is needed
-- Powerfry, 2024-11-16

The worst website not easy to use!
-- Mollymoo15, 2024-07-28

### **--- "Worst app I have ever used"
Completely unusable. No way to retrieve lost login details. Can’t book a swimming session no matter how hard I try. How cheap was this app? No better than the awful council website.
-- 8476828583, 2024-04-05

### *---- "Error on app"
I can’t access my members booking list , it comes up with an error . Please help
-- Jansy1912, 2024-03-04

### *---- "Terrible App"
Awful app, says I’m a member when I try to register, even though I know I haven’t signed up. Then when I get them to reset my pin it says email not recognised
-- Ant Powell, 2023-08-01

### *---- "Completely un user friendly"
As above
-- one star xxx!!!, 2022-07-31
