## Actors Access Description
The Actors Access App is the easiest way for Actors Access members to submit themselves and audition for Casting. 

An Actors Access Plus membership is required in order to submit to roles on this app.

Actors Access App free features include:
• View roles posted to Actors Access
• Receive notifications for auditions and callbacks
• Send Eco Cast self-tape auditions
• Join an Eco Cast Live session 
• Download sides
• Manage Role Match settings

Payment Information:
• Monthly subscriptions purchased via the app will be charged to your credit card through your Apple account. Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24-hours prior to the renewal date. You can manage your subscriptions through the Subscriptions page in Settings.

Why can I not print my sides from the App???

NonPaying, NonUnion, and Reality keep resetting to on, even when you shut them off.

Region will not update/change (after changing locations) when looking for postings. It remains the same. Even if you pull down to refresh. If you're on let's say, Southeast, and then you change to let's say, Hawaii, it will still show Southeast.

SOMETIMES if try another location, it will go to Hawaii. 

Not even sure how this could possibly be coded??

When I get a push notification that there are new roles posted for my demographic, I can’t see them no matter how many times I refresh the page or restart the app, completely close it out, I’ve had to redownload it. It’s so frustrating and then I submit later than I’d like to or have to go to the webpage which defeats the purpose of even having the app. Can this be addressed?

Quite frankly the laziest excuse for an app I’ve ever seen. Feels like it was made when the App Store was first released. Limited features and poorly designed UI.

I changed my password and logged in on the website, but putting in the same credentials in the app will give me a “wrong credentials entered” message

### ****- "Improved from the first version"
I had this app when it first came out and it blew. I deleted it, gave up and on a whim redownload it and to my surprise, it really works for what actors need. Being able to get notifications on my phone instead of a barrage of emails is awesome not to mention being able to upload auditions directly from my phone. The emailing system has also improved. All in all, this is what happens when a company actually uses their money wisely and invests in technology that is current and helpful. Well done. 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
