Since I’ve been using it for the past few years. Face ID never works. Always have to put in password. At the moment I can’t log in at all. I just get a spiny wheel. App is unusable. When it works it’s okayish. -- Canada Loves KOL, 2024-12-04 ### **--- "Update has bug that thinks Face ID has been deactivated" I was forced to update my app and now my Face ID won’t work and I get a message at the top of the screen saying Face ID has been deactivated, even though I keep checking in setting and it is not turned off. It is in fact on. Please fix right away! -- Sarahwoodsy, 2024-11-29 ### *---- "Graphic design" Obviously not a beautifully made app with some functionality issues but it would be very easy to not have an annoying smiley redhead staring at me when the app opens. Not sure what this image is supposed to achieve but for whatever reason I find it very irritating. -- phil esq., 2024-11-27 ### ****- "Ease of use" Over the years ACU had tried to make upgrades to cater to clients needs. It may not be the best we hope for but the fact that the institution hears our grievances is a good indicator of a good customer service -- Member named Me, 2024-11-23 ### *---- "POS" Updates are messing up everything. Can’t get into my account for a week. Terrible. -- wwmm2nd, 2024-11-22 ### *---- "Terrible" This is absolutely the worst banking app ever for reliability. It lags constantly, will not scan well for mobile deposits, provides poor notifications, any updates require a reinstallation of the application, it doesn’t show enough history anymore. ACU has lost its reputation of being member owned, now it’s driven to grow and who cares about the customer. I’ve been a member for over 20 years and have had so many “is this really happening “ moments that resulted in no consequences or change to the systems. Look for another bank…save yourself the disappointment. -- Kcosntbdmd, 2024-11-22 ### ***** "Super easy to use" Easy to deposit or transfer money… Super easy to use app, my favourite place to bank for sure. Updates have made it sooo easy to use. And ethical banking to boot! -- ParameterZed, 2024-11-21 ### **--- "Garbage app" This app hardly ever works. Frustrating when tech is used for everything and the most important part of everyday living (money) is so difficult to access. Limited hours, limited ATM usage at some locations, app not working, deposits not done properly…the list goes on. Time to switch financial institutions! -- Purp!e Alien, 2024-11-20 ### *---- "Can’t sign in" Won’t even let me enter a user/password to sign in. Just gives an error message. Pretty tough to do online banking when you can’t even get into this app. -- DevD1232674, 2024-11-17 [View all ACU Mobile App reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## ACU Mobile App Store Rankings | Chart | Country | Category | Rank | |-------|---------|----------|------| | Top Free | Canada | Finance | #110 | ## ACU Mobile App Discovered Keywords - acu pro - acu mobile app ## Apps Similar to ACU Mobile App - [Access CU](https://apptail.io/app/access-cu-sne/canada) - [my-benefits](https://apptail.io/app/my-benefits-XhK/canada) - [Flexiti for Merchants](https://apptail.io/app/flexiti-for-merchants-JtK/canada) - [My Canada Life at Work](https://apptail.io/app/my-canada-life-at-work-VuK/canada) - [Money Mart - Canada](https://apptail.io/app/money-mart-canada-YuK/canada) - [iCash.ca](https://apptail.io/app/icashca-lwK/canada) - [SCU Mobile App](https://apptail.io/app/scu-mobile-app-MQS/canada) - [Qtrade Direct Investing 1.0](https://apptail.io/app/qtrade-direct-investing-10-YQU/canada) - [Aviso](https://apptail.io/app/aviso-atZ/canada) - [CambrianMobile](https://apptail.io/app/cambrianmobile-hnOc/canada) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
