Since I’ve been using it for the past few years. Face ID never works. Always have to put in password. At the moment I can’t log in at all. I just get a spiny wheel. App is unusable. ACU has lost its reputation of being member owned, now it’s driven to grow and who cares about the customer. I’ve been a member for over 20 years and have had so many “is this really happening “ moments that resulted in no consequences or change to the systems.
