Akupressur ist eine uralte asiatische Heilkunst. Mit dem Daumen oder Finger drückt man auf Aktivierungspunkte im Körper. Diese Punkte befinden sich direkt unter der Hautoberfläche und sind in der Regel leicht zugänglich. Das leichte bis feste Drücken auf diese Punkte stimuliert natürliche, selbstheilende Fähigkeiten des Körpers. Wenn man die entsprechenden Aktivierungspunkte drückt, warden Muskelverspannungen gelöst und der Blutkreislauf sowie die "Lebenskraft" werden in Schwung gebracht. Außerdem kann Akupressur dabei helfen mit dem Rauchen aufzuhören, Kopfschmerzen zu bekämpfen, Blutdruck zu senken, und vieles mehr. Die App enthält über 90 Kombinationen von Akupressurpunkten, die in unterschiedlichen Situationen verwendet werden können.
