## AcuraLink Reviews in United States

### *---- "No customer service left out in the cold"
Service randomly stopped working regardless of the location of the vehicle. Contacted support it’s more than a month now and I’ve heard absolutely nothing. I have checked in and I just get a canned response. “No update” trading my car in today for something else. By Acura.
-- JustinPrice, 2025-01-04

### ****- "Auto Start"
Remote Start times out to fast. Wish it could go 15mins or more…
-- BangBang9nerGang, 2025-01-04

### **--- "Prestart"
Sometimes the car will not unlock to let me in the car when it was started by the app
-- Mams of 3, 2025-01-02

### *---- "Doesn’t always work"
Remote start doesn’t always work . Give me a button on my key please
-- The Trumplet, 2025-01-02

### *---- "Remote start"
Good when it works but that’s like 20% of the time. This is the 4th open ticket this year to get it fixed and I’ve been waiting 2 months with no resolution. It’s winter and not having a remote start really is frustrating when I’m paying for it. I have an iPhone 15 and S23. Both work fine with my Lexus.
-- TLX21, 2024-12-31

### ****- "Pretty good when it works"
Sometimes it fails to start the car even with a strong WiFi signal. I had a problem, and tech support was good and responsive.
-- Shamrock10, 2024-12-26

### *---- "Disappointed"
This is app is not consistent when it works. 70% of the time it does not work. So disappointing . I am really interested in the remote start feature and the app just does not work
-- NewMDX, 2024-12-26

### *---- "Too slow"
It takes too long to execute the commands. By the time the car starts I may as well use the key. It’s so annoying.
-- SimplyShawnie, 2024-12-24

### *---- "Slow update/works occasionally"
App is outdated, works occasionally, refresh doesn’t work EVEN when you have app refresh in background ON! App act just like the government, give me your money and do nothing.
-- M00N B00T, 2024-12-23

### **--- "Start Function hit or miss..."
The start function rarely works when I try to use it and it's on the days I need it most!
-- TargaMom, 2024-12-22
