It comes very VERY late. when we try to call them to AT LEAST know why are they late but whoever picks up the phone is already talking to someone, not paying any attention to us, and just ends up closing the call on us. Once in Ramadan, the gas came 5 HOURS late. This is unbelievable
Please dont use this application and waste your time. Instead directly call the delivery guys to make it fast.
Not worth using. No delivery is made and the online support just strings you along with stories.
This app says it deliver in Dubai but once I place the order guy calls and ask for color of gas cylinder. And says sorry we don’t deliver red ones and will make a refund. Order was placed on 29th July and till now no refund of money. Even after following up with them on WhatsApp. To add more on app it doesn’t show up the order placed somehow miraculously my order disappeared.
The money was debited online and they could not supply the order as requested. However the app was not efficient to void the payment and in fact even after 2 days payment not credited back. In an era of online payments global, this app has been highly inefficient. Not at all recommended!
Very bad service ordered from last night at 8pm and till now which is 1:30pm and nobody show up. Even I requested for urgent as I have kids going school and family but very bad service and no one responded …
It’s been 2 nd time in a row, they deducted the amount and did not deliver the service. Customer service is terrible. They will never get back to you. SCAM
They are charging a convenience fee of 10 for Aed 70 order which is more than 10 percent for an online transaction but. O convenience fee for cash on delivery!!
They are never on time, delivers Gas after 1 day just because they don’t have enough vehicles.
First time when I ordered they delivered on time. Next time onwards the delivery was too late. Just keep saying that they will reach with in 10 minutes and on and on.
