STUPID COMPANY!!" I placed the order at 6:40 AM, and was told that it will come by 12PM. At 1 PM, I called and they made some stupid excuse that the cylinder is coming from Abu Dhabi and will come only after 7PM. And the company does not have the decency to update the customer about these changes. When I call the customer service or drivers, they do not know how to talk politely and cut the phone when I ask for an update. Absolutely nonsense. I am not ordering the gas from here ever again. I am happy to change the regulator and pick another company to receive gas cylinders so that I do not have to deal with incompetent company and it’s people. First they take your money as a deposit for the cylinders, and later claim that it was not a deposit at all-that you actually purchased the cylinders and now you must pay for new ones from them.
