STUPID COMPANY!!" I placed the order at 6:40 AM, and was told that it will come by 12PM. At 1 PM, I called and they made some stupid excuse that the cylinder is coming from Abu Dhabi and will come only after 7PM. And the company does not have the decency to update the customer about these changes. When I call the customer service or drivers, they do not know how to talk politely and cut the phone when I ask for an update. Absolutely nonsense. I am not ordering the gas from here ever again. I am happy to change the regulator and pick another company to receive gas cylinders so that I do not have to deal with incompetent company and it’s people. Anyone reading this, please know that this company and people are unreliable and cannot be trusted. DO NOT ORDER!!! -- Arun Sriniwasan, 2026-04-04 ### *---- "Terrible company and terrible service." Terrible company and terrible service. I am extremely disappointed with this cooperation. First they take your money as a deposit for the cylinders, and later claim that it was not a deposit at all-that you actually purchased the cylinders and now you must pay for new ones from them. In short, if you want to lose money , waste your time and ruin your mood , working with this company is the best way to achieve all three. -- Serg252, 2026-03-26 ### *---- "Very bad service and not professional" Since last year the service became very bad ,there is many delay , they are not caring about customers -- Mohamed Ali Radwan, 2026-03-05 ### *---- "Very poor app and service" Very poor app and service -- Edris Behzad, 2026-02-20 ### *---- "Poor response" I have booked medium size gas cylinder and the payment done for aed 150. But the cylinder is not delivered yet I r the amount is not returned to me yet. How can i raise complaint or escalate ? -- Pinto1470, 2026-02-10 ### *---- "Be careful" I ordered and paid a cylinder they never served and never returned the money despite the number of calls and messages that I sent -- SRDD81, 2026-02-08 ### *---- "Very unprofessional" I contacted them to order gas they promised to deliver at 8 it passed the time and they didn’t show up when I tried to call them they stopped answering and then shut the live very disrespectful customer service -- vshsus, 2026-02-06 ### *---- "Don’t get the app" 15 houses late , bad customer service, and you can’t even refund the amount -- Ihsan,, 2025-12-01 ### *---- "Very bad app" I tried to create account i got error say account exists do forget password however i never registered i am new in UAE Then i did forget password it gives my error account doesn’t exists 😂😂😂 Please bring good developers to develop you app As this is a technical issue -- Mahmoud Abdulwahab, 2025-11-20 ### *---- "Poor service" Very poor service i ordered and no one call me that they don’t have red cylinder i just waited for 1 hour and if I didn’t call no one will inform me -- Bernard allan, 2025-11-16 [View all AD LPG reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## AD LPG Discovered Keywords -
