I’ve been using this app for several years, it has been absolutely vital for tracking various ongoing health things I’ve wanted to track, it’s been really nice having a super easy interface to make personal health notes I need. This app doesn’t fear monger like looking up your symptoms on some search engine, it always recommends going to seek official medical advice while doing its best to guide you in the right direction. This app quite literally helps me manage my anxiety every day. This is NOT an app that encourages hypochondriacs to self-diagnose, I can say from personal experience this app makes you take a deep breath and a step back to get a bigger, ongoing picture about your health. And again I cannot praise the symptom tracking feature enough. 10/10
