Premium features include enhanced country-specific ad-blocking, ability to enable multiple blocking categories at once and automatic updates of blocking filters in background.
The subscription automatically renews unless turned off in AppStore app / Account / Subscriptions at least 24 hours before current period ends. Easy to set up, easy to use
Customer service was prompt when responding to a self-inflicted issue. Working very well and love the seamless operation between Apple devices. The only improvement I could suggest to the developer would be to include the ability to override Safari’s four choices of search engines so that it accepts Brave. To users, I would suggest not blocking scripts (although this is a security vulnerability) as it makes most password protected websites inoperable, and to also use TulaByte in conjunction with this and a quality, paid for, anti-virus/security package for total cross-application protection ie stop all trackers.
Free vs Subscription
I moved from free version to subscription n can’t see any difference, still can’t block YouTube ads. On Mac most of d time same as d free version. Don’t waste your time/money.
Absolutely loving it
I have used this app before and at first I thought it was quite sketchy, but after having used for a while was able to see it worked well.
No longer working on YT
May 30 No longer working on AdTube. They are blocking the blocker. I hope this is not a permanent thing.
Doesn’t work for YouTube at all
On safari, followed the instructions including the recommendation of watching with account signed out (and in) and it just simply doesn’t work at all. Not a single ad blocked. Useless.

Useless now completely useless
Used to be good now it blocks nothing its as though it might as well not be there. using it for IPad and ad after ad still appears on YouTube and have followed all “fixes” and everything’s enabled but AdBlock Pro does absolutely nothing
Worst Update
You forgot to add “+ This app no longer functions properly”.
This Ad blocker was working just fine until the most recent update where I randomly started seeing YouTube Ads pop back up. I’ve tried all the solutions provided in the app for IOS <14 but none of them seem to work which makes me believe it’s not an issue on my end but on theirs. I’m unable to submit a report on the issue as the send button is greyed out for some reason, this is the only way I can get my point of view across. It’s frustrating to see that an app like this can decide to longer serve its purpose whenever it feels like it. This issue needs to be resolved sooner rather than later otherwise I’ll have to resort to another ad blocker because right now this app is taking up my storage space and time for nothing in return. I don’t recommend using the app until this major issue is fixed.
AdBlock is doing it’s job
I live safely knowing how safe I now am when surfing the net. A number of sites ask me to disable the ad blocker and I realise that I am better off not using that particular web site. News or magazine outlets seem to be the worse offenders. Thank you.
