Been an Adda user for a very long time. What I love is that they focus on the resident/owner and don’t throw an incessant stream of ads, offers and click bait notifications to drive their own agenda. I highly recommend it over any other community management app (I’ve used all of them too, and they are too pushy. In another complex where I reside, this was the reason we switched to Adda).
