## ADEY ProClub Description
Designed for the Installer, the ADEY ProClub® App is an exclusive hub giving you direct access to register ADEY filter warranties and to connect the MagnaClean Professional3 Sense® filter during installation.

The ProClub App has been developed by ADEY, the market leaders in innovation, design and manufacture of award winning magnetic filters and chemicals, to the nation’s central heating.

The App offers the following benefits in the palm of your hand:

Monitor Professional3 Sense filters remotely
Connect and register the warranty of MagnaClean Professional3 Sense filters using the App before installing the product. Monitor the Magnetite capture of the filters you’ve connected remotely via the App or web-based ProClub portal, and receive alerts when there’s a serious sludge build-up.

Earn rewards
Collect points for registering the warranties of filters you’ve installed. Choose from a range of rewards including high street vouchers and ADEY branded merchandise.

Job record dashboard
Keep a record of the jobs you complete and the ADEY products you use to refer to and download as you need.

Tools for the job
Get access to the ADEY resource hub at the touch of a button, complete with videos, literature, a Product Selector to help you identify the ADEY filters and chemicals to specify for each job, and our handy Savings
Calculator shows your customer the return-on-investment they get when an ADEY filter is fitted.

## ADEY ProClub Reviews in United Kingdom

### **--- "Not ‘appy"
Poor app, kicks you out and makes you log in again, allows you to set up a pin then never lets you use it as it forgets you set up pin! Pretty basic when you do get in. Cmon Adey, great filters but rubbish app.
-- boundary chris, 2024-08-03

### *---- "Poor"
App constantly crashes while using it. Poor customer service when I report issues. Little to no response.
-- Breezer79, 2022-12-29

### *---- "Nice but not rewarded"
There are a lot better filters out there for cheaper, ADEY don’t look after their installers
-- Sebbybo1983, 2022-08-15

### *---- "Paul b"
The app wont get past the preferences screen
-- Paul1972bb, 2022-04-06

### *---- "Useless"
Download app, put log in details, and it won’t log in just a gets stuck on login page
-- Turbot80, 2021-12-13

### *---- "Great filters, awful app and rewards"
I won’t fit any other type of filter as nothing works as well as a Magnaclean but the app is a complete nightmare. Password and PIN number twice to get in, then it constantly crashes or needs reinstalling.
The points per product are a complete joke, spend 7 grand on filters and get a jacket, great. Still advertising a 2018 diary on the rewards page 😂.
Customer loyalty needs a complete rethink, £5 credit per registered warranty would be reasonable, then get some gifts worth ordering.
-- GS Gas, 2020-11-07

### *---- "Complain"
Ur app is absolutely rubbish, does not confirm properly that it’s been registered. I am a installer and promote ADEY products, especially I fit ADEY filters, I don’t get no rewards. I really hate the company for not appreciating the loyalty of there customer. I really luv the products, but get no loyalty. I want u to call me as a matter of urgency. 07974751668 thanks Bhavesh

### ****- "Ki’ Plumbing & Heating Ltd"
Products easy to install and service. Our most preferred choice of filters.
Now simple to register customer and warranty’s with this App in seconds.
Thanks ADEY 👍🏻
-- Busy Boy II, 2020-11-05

### ****- "Best quality filters"
So far my best number 1 brand of filter. Very high quality filters with ease of installation. The app could do with some improvements as seems to crash and freeze often. Recently has been improved but still lacks that slight bit. Overall enjoy using the app for info and rewards.
-- Raja Fox!, 2020-11-04

### ***** "Much improved"
Hi the App has got a lot simpler. Easy to use now and record installs. Good for service reminders.
