Tasks heat up as deadlines approach, changing colour and growing on screen, so the thing that needs you most is always the thing you notice first. Built for people with ADHD and anyone who finds traditional to-do lists quietly useless. There's nothing to configure and no system to maintain. You add tasks; the heat tells you what matters right now. THE HEATING SYSTEM Every task starts cool and heats up as its deadline approaches: On Track, then Due Soon (amber), then Heating Up (red), then Right Now, when it starts to jiggle for attention. Your eye goes to the hottest thing on screen, so prioritisation happens by itself instead of costing you mental effort. Simple gestures handle everything: swipe right to complete, swipe left to cool a task down with an extra day, long-press for details. ON YOUR HOME SCREEN The Hot Tasks widget puts your hottest tasks on your Home Screen. When out of sight means out of mind, this keeps them in sight. KEY FEATURES Automatic prioritisation from deadlines and estimated durations Time-crunch warnings when a task needs more time than you have left Suggested time estimates, read from how you describe each task A 30-day archive of everything you've completed Lock Screen counter and Quick Add widgets Available in 8 languages BUILT FOR FOCUS CHALLENGES Volcanotes works like an external executive function: urgency you can see, instead of urgency you have to remember. It's also deliberately kind and doesn't judge you. LAVA MODE (PREMIUM) Up to 200 tasks Recurring tasks Custom heating rules let you tune when things heat up Default task settings Name your volcano. Feed it tasks. Handle whatever's about to erupt first. ## ADHD To-Do List Screenshots - [Screenshot 1](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource211/v4/94/ab/02/94ab0201-836d-475e-9305-3d7c8bf224a6/01-hero.png/1284x2778.png) - [Screenshot 2](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource211/v4/00/7c/c6/007cc652-de3a-80fa-abab-f460eb8898ee/02-heat-states.png/1284x2778.png) - [Screenshot 3](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource211/v4/93/b3/16/93b316db-e301-d6e8-8ccf-53aa1b349a17/05-heat-rules.png/1284x2778.png) - [Screenshot 4](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource221/v4/3f/1e/bf/3f1ebf47-d3e7-c090-f87c-f81fd0e9e2ac/06-add-task.png/1284x2778.png) - [Screenshot 5](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource221/v4/68/60/0d/68600d07-d217-30dd-1be7-3466f5f7a7e3/03-gestures.png/1284x2778.png) - [Screenshot 6](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource221/v4/a0/de/97/a0de9746-5a30-9324-8842-296c158e140d/04-overload.png/1284x2778.png) ## ADHD To-Do List Rating Breakdown in United States - 5 stars: 0 (0%) - 4 stars: 0 (0%) - 3 stars: 1 (100%) - 2 stars: 0 (0%) - 1 stars: 0 (0%) ## ADHD To-Do List In-App Purchases | Item | Price | |------|-------| | Lava Mode Yearly Subscription | $29.99 | | Lava Mode Monthly Subscription | $3.99 | ## Apps Similar to ADHD To-Do List - [CoinsUK](https://apptail.io/app/coinsuk-AHl/united-states) - [MyPup App](https://apptail.io/app/mypup-app-Bjn/united-states) - [Everspruce Home Inventory](https://apptail.io/app/everspruce-home-inventory-OYo/united-states) - [Instant Note for Notion](https://apptail.io/app/instant-note-for-notion-HjYc/united-states) - [nea](https://apptail.io/app/nea-QCmm/united-states) - [Thruday: Visual Daily Planner](https://apptail.io/app/thruday-visual-daily-planner-oxLm/united-states) - [Habit Hearts - Habit Tracker](https://apptail.io/app/habit-hearts-habit-tracker-DRlu/united-states) - [Eisenhower Matrix Task Tracker](https://apptail.io/app/eisenhower-matrix-task-tracker-MUGu/united-states) - [4.Do - Task, To do, Goal list](https://apptail.io/app/4do-task-to-do-goal-list-LdTu/united-states) - [AI Detector and Humanizer](https://apptail.io/app/ai-detector-and-humanizer-Yadw/united-states) ## ADHD To-Do List Available In - [United States](https://apptail.io/app/adhd-to-do-list-volcanotes-wwSy/united-states) - [Germany](https://apptail.io/app/adhd-to-do-list-volcanotes-wwSy/germany) - [Japan](https://apptail.io/app/adhd-to-do-list-volcanotes-wwSy/japan) - [Namibia](https://apptail.io/app/adhd-to-do-list-volcanotes-wwSy/namibia) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
