Worst app ever, takes ages to load and I always deleted and upload it again when the screen gets empty. Please upgrade your app to be more efficient.

I think that the developer should put a face id to make it easier to log in to the program and provide the Arabic language as well

I can’t express how awful this App is, the payments tab is completely useless hanging whenever you open it, I have never managed to complete a single transaction on this app over the last three years. The only thing you can use the app for is to check the balance. We’re talking of an app for a leading bank in 2024 Complete disappointment.

Not functional. I tried several times to open a business connect account and every single time I reach passport and license number it freezes. How can a person open an online account while the app is not even functioning!!!!

I can’t believe that this is an online banking app for such a reputable bank Looks like was done early 90s

Very bad App At All what I tell header line also disable after login screen on I phone 14 Pro max We can’t do anything after 1st click Thanks

Its a very bad app even I thought that this is not the official app for a while ! Bad experience
