Getting started with adidas Running is simple: download the app, create your account using your personal details, and set a goal to stay motivated and track your fitness journey. You can begin tracking and logging activities immediately, with nearly 100 options available—including running, walking, cycling, hiking, climbing, tennis, and yoga.
Sync your activities effortlessly with Health Connect and a wide range of apps and devices, including Garmin, Polar, Amazfit/Zepp, Coros, Suunto, Wañoo, and many more. This makes tracking your progress easier than ever.

Dears,
For last I get an issue with the Heart Rate presentation. It shows all the data correctly (the graph is fine) but the summary circle shows as all was “not in zone” and the percentage of all the sections ate 0 except to 100 to out of zone.
The data is synched automatically fro Garmin Control app. It was working fine for years. Today I run the update of the app but still the uploaded data summarized the same.
I couldn’t train so much for last months and initially wasn’t sure wether it is just a one time issue. Seems the bug appeared somewhere from October or November 2023.
Your sooner assistance will be appreciated.

Application shuts itself down on iphone after each workout with apple watch. Sometimes freezes after workout on apple watch itself and could you finally fix apple watch corner complication.

- About complication, yes, I submitted it to Liz at 08.11.19. And a couple of time later... no answer.

- About freezes at 11.04.20 no answer either.
