adidas Running is an activity tracker designed for all levels of ability and experience, offering the ideal platform for beginners to start tracking their running journey and logging activities. To help introduce new users to running, numerous adidas Training Plans are available, providing step-by-step guidance that adapts to each user's fitness level—including plans for 3K, 5K, and 10K distances. These plans evolve as users train, making the Walk to Run Training Plan the perfect introduction to running, regardless of previous experience. As you progress, explore additional Training Plans to prepare for your first 10K, half-marathon, marathon, and beyond.
Getting started with adidas Running is simple: download the app, create your account using your personal details, and set a goal to stay motivated and track your fitness journey. You can begin tracking and logging activities immediately, with nearly 100 options available—including running, walking, cycling, hiking, climbing, tennis, and yoga.
Sync your activities effortlessly with Health Connect and a wide range of apps and devices, including Garmin, Polar, Amazfit/Zepp, Coros, Suunto, Wañoo, and many more. This makes tracking your progress easier than ever.

3 times in a row now have the app on the watch just stoped counting. Even if I start my session on the watch, the counting stops working on my watch but it continues on my phone. Today I had plan to do a 18 km run. I started it on my watch and I could hear 1 km, 2 km and the I check my watch to see my km-time and saw that the watch was still on 0,56 km… I have had similar issues with this app previous years when I have given it a try. There are better apps out there

Why you changed that? I like the idea of the plan to change according to my performance, but where are the 5k or 10k plan for intermediate and advanced runners? I want to be able to set a time target and work to achieve that. Please consider this otherwise the premium subscription worth nothing to me.

Abweichungen von über 500 m auf 5 km kommen häufig vor. Manchmal startet die Messung nicht, wenn man sie mit der Uhr startet, und dann behauptet die App, daß die Standortdienste deaktiviert sind, was nicht stimmt.
Daß bei Nachrichten, die man über die App erhält, gegendert wird, ist unschön, zumindest könnte man auch ein paar Autoren gewinnen, die sich nicht dieser Mode anschließen.

Greatest advantage is that it allows “Log in via Apple”, no need to use creepy Facebook any longer. Quite easy, but time consuming migration by hand of workouts from “old” account to the new. Should allow for bulk import.
