The app is slow in processing and due to a timeout/malfunction I lost the use of my 15% discount and had to restart my order

Meh
Not the best app…. Have to log in each time you use it on my devices. The tracking of orders doesn’t match up with emails either. On the App it says orders are on their way but you don’t receive an email notification until a week later. I guess that’s more about the company than the app though.
Exercise in frustration
Placed an order using the app. That was ok except the app does not advise if the size is US or UK and the ‘size’ tab is blank. Not useful. Can’t track the order status from the app. Once the order is received, presumably by the adidas warehouse somewhere, it states order received and that is it. No way to track the actual order from the app and it takes you to the web browser which requires another login with seperate order number entry. Add in pop up ads when you are already frustrated and I will be deleting this app as soon as the order arrives. No idea if this is an internally developed app or outsourced but needs some serious revision.
