Orders are impossible and you will wait months for refunds. Adidas has gone from a leading online retailer to an online joke in SA. Manual returns, months for refunds and a completely broken logistics system. One star is generous for them.
Easy to use app, lots of options on the online store. Easy payment method. Efficient delivery. Return an item feature is easy to navigate. May I however suggest to add a feature to be able to view the status once you’ve logged a return and received the RMA no. The current version of the app does not allow me to view my RMA no. from the app itself. May I also suggest a tracking feature for returns on the app . Thank you

It just cancelled my order outta nowhere and I’m told I’ll be refunded in 2 weeks.
Order, paid just to find out on email refunding me, really disappointed
And no reply from customer service yet
The app stock management is not great, orders get cancelled due to items being “out of stock” which you discover when you call the customer center but on the App it will reflect stock is available just “low “.
