Worst service ever
No delivery date available and nobody answers emails or phone calls.
Order issues
I bought shoes on this app on the 25th of November and even today I haven’t received my order. I tried emailing and calling them but no response. It has been approximately 15 days and I already gave up
No Refund and Pathetic Customer Service
I place an order on 14 October 2024 which was delivered late on 21 October 2024 instead of between 17 to 19 October as was stated when I placed the order. I immediately logged a return on the same day of delivery and the order was collected the following day which was on 22 October 2024. I have been waiting for my refund since then and I have not received it to this date. I have phoned adidas customer service several time and their agents keep giving me same feedback that I will receive my refund within 4 to 5 business days. However it has been over a month waiting for the refund. Emails are being ignored and responded to. Adidas must refund me R4398 which is a lot of money. This is a huge inconvenience for me. After being such a loyal customer and also a member of the adiClub to be treated like this is appalling. Adidas you can do way better for such a big brand and company. Please refund my money☹️

Scammed out of a refund by Adidas SA
Adidas SA has become one of the worst online retailers imaginable. I made an order in March and return half of it. Months later and hundreds of emails and calls and I still have not received the funds. Essentially stolen funds from me. Avoid them and this terrible app at all costs.
Efficient
Easy to use app, lots of options on the online store. Easy payment method. Efficient delivery. Return an item feature is easy to navigate. May I however suggest to add a feature to be able to view the status once you’ve logged a return and received the RMA no. The current version of the app does not allow me to view my RMA no. from the app itself. May I also suggest a tracking feature for returns on the app . Thank you
