Always a problem with the app, I’m level 4 in terms of points and no priority support or tangible benefits. Overpriced items only with decent prices when heavily discounted.

They make me pay for something I didn't pay
Omg i just can't believe, I ordered something from Adidas uaed online website a t-shirt which they delivered and a bag they didn't deliver, i emailed them I called them, they didn't refund my money, and u know what is the disaster? That they charged me for another 122 aed for nothing, I didn't buy anything, im do mad and disappointed if there is no star I will give them no star at all

VERY DISSATISFIED WITH THE DELIVERY SERVICE
I placed an order from adidas and it’s been five days, until now i did not receive the order. Every time when i contact the delivery service(Shipa Delivery Service) they says “Sorry can’t deliver today maybe tomorrow.” That tomorrow didn’t come until now. They really wasted my time and energy. Very very dissatisfied and disappointed
Bad experience
I ordered some products from adidas platform, jacket, socks and shoes, the jacket damage I received is very visible, I don't know how they pack them without checking the damage I returned the product and still they did not refund my money. I emailed customer service and they replied. I will get refund within 7 days Still I am very disappointed not to get paid. I continue to send emails. They say the same reaction
