You should never take loans from Adithya Birla. Their app will not auto update if the payment is made on time and it will take delayed payment dates which will impact you CIBIL scores. Same thing is happening with me and customer service team will not give proper response even after multiple chasers. More over the team will call and take information on transaction id of payment but still it will not be updated in their database. If you want to suffer take loan from Adithya Birla

If you connect with customer case they will say there is an issue with application . Don’t waste your time in this application.

Never take a loan from here. Their customer support is a disaster and response to

Took a loan and it’s due date is on the 5th of every month. But ECS does not pass despite having funds in the account. I had to manually pay followed by bounce charges of 500 that I I am not responsible. They fraudulently charged my other account and passed ECS. This is theft. I shared my bank statement twice showing funds from the 1st until the 10th but no response. They charged 1000rs for failure. I called the support multiple time to
Sort it but no response. This is the worst way of stealing money. I dropped an email on the 10th of October to which I get a reply that it will be sorted by 11th November. Whichever another ECS failure and more bounce charges. This is theft in a smart way
